I like beers that have a complexity of flavors between hops and malts but lean to the sweet side. Am not into sours. The most important thing is taste, but other features come in to play for a truly great beer. Higher marks for complexity and for achieving greatness with inventive uses of traditional ingredients rather than with the use of adjuncts.
