So when people ask, "What’s your favourite kind of beer?" My answer, regardless of the season of year, is deep, dark, rich, brooding imperial stouts; especially ones that are barrel aged! A close second is imperial IPA’s with, "over-the-top" hops, as long as there’s a nice malty backbone! And thirdly, I’m actually starting to like most of the sour beers I’ve tried, thanks to, "hannont".
