Commercial Description:
Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour, especially that Bavarian speciality 'Weisswurst' or white sausage.

Bottle. Pours a yellow-orange colour with a white head. Aroma is some yeasty, citrus, wheat and some herbs. Flavor is well-balanced and very mild with some sweetness. Lots of wheat, some yeast, citrus and banana and a hint of malts. Very good indeed and a perfect beer to go with lighter foods, salads or fish.

Bottle. Pours an unclear deep golden colour with a nice foamy white head. Aroma is quite subdued with some notes of wheat, yeast, spice and a little bit grassy. Wheat, yeast and slight citrus flavours. A dry and bitter wheat flavour linger in the finish. Medium body with good carbonation.

500ml bottle thanks to Julien
Aroma : wheat, coriander with some other spices. Nice wheat profile with some fruit and candy hints. Small hints of liquorice.
Taste : Wheat, coriander and other spices. Nice wheat profile again.
Overall : Quite tasty and refreshing. Nice wheat profile. One of the best Hefeweizen I’ve had ! Nice summer drink.

Bottle. Pours cloudy, golden amber, with a thick persistent head. Aromas of wheat, lemon zest, yeast with a hint of orange. Taste is dry with the citrus playing very well off the wheat base, a very mild bitter finish. Excellent hefe, probably my favourite to date.

Bottle. A - Cloudy/hazy golden orange. Medium sized, white head with average retention. S - Malted wheat giving a bread/cracker smell. A little apple and citrus smell, with loads of banana smell. Some spiced, mostly clove and a little pepper, scent too. T - Really nice flavors in this beer. The base is a creamy malted wheat that gives it a cracker/bread type of flavor. Loads of banana and bubblegum mixed in with that, also some spice (clove, pepper). A little hint of citrus lemon flavor at the end. M - Incredibly smooth and creamy. Medium body and somewhat crisp. Medium carbonation. D - Incredibly drinkable. Creamy smooth body allows it to go down easy and the flavors a very tasty but don’t overload your palate. Notes: Amazing beer that has fairly simple flavors that are mixed and balanced wonderfully. Great for a summer day of relaxing.

A very pleasant wheat beer - round with esters without going overboard into banana-land; full mouthfeel and long-lasting head. A classic example of the style.

Bottle pour, cloudy yellow, dark. Nice, smooth dense head. Smell of wheat, yeast, sweet bread. Fairly dry taste, move around your mouth and it varies even to sweet. Complex, fruit. Very nice Hefe Wiessen, don’t know how I missed this one until now.

Aroma of fruits, wheat and hops. The taste was almost the same but I would also add a yeast and banana character. Good Hefeweizen... what I would expect from the style.
