COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brainless Belgian-Style Golden Ale is has a rich and complex malt flavor balanced with a little bit of spicy noble hops and strong influences of fermentation esters from the Belgian yeast used. Various Belgian like Rock Candies, hops and grains are employed to express variations within the style. Deceivingly drinkable, some liken theses ales to the Devil sneaking up on you, so consume responsibly.

UPDATED: JUL 5, 2021 Very clear golden color. Not much head. Clean tasting and well balanced with medium light body and no hoppy bitter aftertaste. Nice malt with very slight spice, banana and alcohol flavor. Somewhere between New Belgian Trippel and Delirium Tremens but leaning more towards the Trippel. Only downside is the low carbonation…my bomber was borderline flat, but would probably drink again.

UPDATED: AUG 21, 2020 Bottle at Big Texas Beer Fest. Pours a hazy orange gold with small off white head. The aroma is yeast, oak, spice, fruity malt. Slick body, wheat, spice, toasted grain, boozy, dry finish, good.

BeardedAvenger (7351) - New Haw, Surrey, ENGLAND - OCT 2, 2019
UPDATED: OCT 2, 2019 Bottle bought at GBBF. Sugary sweet canned fruit aroma. Apple juice gold. Bubbly translucent white head soon fades. Initial burst of medium bitter before the sweet edged sourness takes over proceedings. Light-medium bodied. Slick verging on sticky. Average-fizzy carbonation. Astringent finish. Aftertaste. Nice. For the ABV it's deceptively sessionable.

Bomber. Spicy Belgian yeast aroma with notes of coriander, bread, clove, citrus and banana. Pours hazy golden colored with a thin white head that has decent retention and good lacing. Starts with bright fruity esters of banana and citrus as well as some bready malt. Finishes dry and smooth with spicy Belgian yeast flavors as well as coriander and clove. Really nice Belgian golden.
