UPDATED: DEC 15, 2022 30cl bottle pours a clear golden color with almost no head. Aroma has red grapes, barnyard yeast, some grass, and light flowers. Taste is actually sweet at times when you concentrate on the grapes and flowers, but tart and sour at other times, including the finish. Thankfully, it is not acidic. Body is light to medium without too much carbonation. Since this $1.49 bottle from my favorite beer store's closeout section had an expiration date of 12/2019, I was expecting much worse. This is actually a well-crafted surprise that held up well over the years.

UPDATED: JUN 2, 2022 Super murky, hazy and light amber coloured body with a copper glow and almost no head at all to speak of, but the haze is a funky, odd and not-pleasant looking glow to a copper body with about 70 per cent opacity here. Aroma of soured, yeastie, bready and funky tart malt note with some light grape scents, a dash of flowers and grass along with hay, barnyardie and funky saison-like elements with a good deal of sweetness noticeable in the nose, especially at the end. Medium-bodied; Pretty crisp and soured, funky and definitely off-wheated malt notes dominate with a lot of soured grapes and odd bread-like flavours without too much else, aside from a grassy and herbal like perfume with some light sweetness on the end and a dash of alcohol here. Aftertaste is definitely swaying toward the funky, soured and tart malt and yeast notes without much else aside from a light grapey sweetness and a dash of flowers here. Overall, a pretty poor offering with some funky grape and especially yeast/bready components, but perhaps this one is past it's prime, but seems pretty indicative of the brewery, given the others I've had from them, while local in Suisse. I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased from Leuken's Liqours in Dunedin, Florida on 14-April-2019 for US$5,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on 01-June-2022, just over three years later.

Bottle 33cl. poured into a tumbler. Hazy pale amber, like apple juise, lots of tiny bubbles, fizzy head which disappears within seconds, no lacing; brett nose, aroma apricot, peach, biscuit, barnyard; taste sour and light sweet, fruity (peach, grapes), hint of vinegar, tart, bit of wood; mild sweet and sour aftertaste, fruity, more wood; medium body, watery texture, average carbonation; pleasant but tastewise it lacks some character.

UPDATED: OCT 31, 2016 Bottle at Bru Craft. Very fizzy clear orange amber. Off-white foam. No lasting lace. Complex aroma. Apricot nectar. Blonde leather couch. Banana peels. Peach pits. White grape and oak. Highly carbonated dark orange pour. Giant effervescent brew with complex notes. Well worth exploring! Great stuff!
