Pours warm gold, this is quite flat, sweet, cloying and desperately boring, really disappointed, drain pour.

UPDATED: MAR 3, 2019 0,5 swing top bottle. Too sweet aftertaste, strange metallic aroma. On the good side, alcohol is well hidden. Not bad, not particularly good example of the style. Just average.

UPDATED: JAN 23, 2019 500ml swing top bottle from Favourite Beers, Cheltenham. Pours dark golden with a white head. Aroma: pale malts, sweet malts, cereal, grass, straw. Taste: moderate to heavy sweet & light bitter, sweet malts, grains, grass, hint of honey. Light body, light carb, herbal finish

Swing top bottle. Golden appearance with virtually no head.Sweet at first then the alcohol gradually works its way in. Not overpoweringly so-just enough to make you aware that this is a Bock. The sweetness lingers in what is an excellent example of this style. Despite the world being dominated by various shades of IPA this is still a beer that can hold its own. Highly recommended -as long as your taste is similar to mine.

Bottle. Clear dark golden colour with a medium white head, nose is malty sweet and a bit floral with notes of honey, roasted almonds and apples, taste is quite sweet and bready with a not overly dry finish.

UPDATED: MAY 17, 2018 Bottle. Color: Clear golden, white head. Taste: Medium sweet malty, notes of white sugar. Sirupy. Bit sticky sweet mouthfeel. Moderate bitter. Not much going on. Bad Santa Bad Beer.
