UPDATED: FEB 9, 2023 Can 33 cl. Pours a clear black with an orange hue and a small, beige head. Nose is sweet roasty and nutty with somewhat greasy hops. Medium body, subtle roast, sweet roast and licorice with avery bitter finish - probably from hops and malt combined. Lacking on the aroma side. 090223

labeerinthum (7940) - Milano, ITALY - AUG 12, 2022
UPDATED: AUG 12, 2022 Lattina.

colui72 (4906) - Sassari, ITALY - APR 13, 2022
UPDATED: APR 13, 2022 The aroma of this Black IPA brings up caramel, roasted grain, coffee, and citrus dried peel. Pours dark brown, translucent, a pretty, creamy, off-white head, medium size, with high retention and creamy lacing. Really creamy, reminds of Guinness! Medium bitterness, caramel, roasted grain, coffee, grapefruit, citrus peel. Hops aren't too strong, probably not the freshest can, but the understanding is that are proper when fresh. Hoppy, bitter, lingering, after taste. Creamy, smooth, filling mouthfeel, medium body and carbonation. Seems a good brew, but in this can hops seems a bit faded, definitely solid during its prime time.
