DraftDodger (7642) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 2, 2023
UPDATED: JUN 2, 2023 Copenhagen 2/6 2023. 75 cl corked bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Black label with a golden triangle and a trio of monks. Pours slightly unclear yellow with a big, fluffy white head. Stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing. Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with yeast and banana. Sweet malts, white sugar. Sweet banana and a light whiff of citrus. Musty cellar. A bit of alcohol. Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture. Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry. Solid, if not adventurous Tripel.

mcberko (41938) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 12, 2023
UPDATED: MAY 12, 2023 On tap at Alkmaars Bierhuis, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light bubblegum, candi sugar and floral notes from the Belgian yeast. Flavour is dry, floral and somewhat perfumey, with a rough Belgian yeast character, floral notes, and Belgian yeast esters. Not the most refined tripel, but decently crafted. Pleasant.

Marko (17895) - Prague, CZECH REPUBLIC - NOV 20, 2022
UPDATED: NOV 20, 2022 Bottle at Goblet. Hazy golden body, white, lasting head. Spicy, herbal aroma, citric, peachy, bit sickly. Spicy sweetish, honeyish taste, nice orange notes, vaguely soapy but passable, lovely carbonation bite, bitterish, very well balanced, well made, shame the aroma put it a bit down.

DraftPours23 (2978) - FRANCE - JAN 15, 2022
