This pours clear gold with a white head, nice softness, there is a malty tang. Nice soft mouthfeel, good carbonation, don't know anything about this, however it tastes a bit mass market but having said that it's still fine.

UPDATED: DEC 27, 2022 da Einbeck bekanntlich das Bockbier erfunden hat sind die Erwartungen bei mir natürlich hoch. das Farbe und Erscheinung einen Pils ähnelt überrascht. die dezente Süße und der gut verbaute Alkohol führen zu einem ausgewogenen Bier. ungewöhnlich süffig für diese Bierart läuft der Tester Gefahr sich die 6,5% Alkohol ungebremst in den Rachen zu schütten. Der Antrunk ist nicht erwähnenswert, der Abgang ist aber super! Ausgewogene Hopfen und Malz Noten erfreuen den Gaumen. nach heutigem Craft Beer Standard ist es allerdings für ein spitzen Bier zu wenig. 04-2018

UPDATED: OCT 29, 2022 Nose. Weak, malt and light grassy hops, barely perceptible lemon. Taste. Clean, rich malty with a slight sweetness offset by the bitterness of the hops, and notes of lemon and burnt sugar in the candies. Good heavy hopping. Great Bock.

UPDATED: OCT 14, 2022 Ljus med fint vitt skum. Doftar lite malt. Smaken fyllig, lite söt, ganska besk. Eftersmaken lång, lite söt med bitter beska, alkoholanstruken och metallisk på slutet.
