L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con qualche bollicina grande. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, agrumi, spezie, arancia amara, erbe ed erbe aromatiche.
YantarCoast (4634) - Moscow, RUSSIA - MAR 24, 2023UPDATED: MAR 24, 2023 450ml bottle. Pours hazy gold with a small white head. Aroma is coriander, citrus zest, pale malt. Taste is medium sweet, coriander and citrus. Light bitter finish. Way too sweet. Couldn’t drink more than half.
tontalus (1805) - - DEC 25, 2022UPDATED: DEC 25, 2022 Das Gruut Amber riecht etwas muffig nach Keffee, Karamell und Dörrobst. Der geringe, gemischtporige Schaum ist bald weg, die Farbe ist bernstein. Beim Antrunk kommt auch Kaffee bei leichter Karamellsüße. Dabei schön fruchtig. Der Malzkörper ist stark und kernig, was sicher von den beigefügten -nicht näher ausgeführten- Gewürzen kommt. Bei voranschreitender Verkostung wird das Bier immer besser. Der Malz bleibt am Gaumen zurück und wird durch weitere Schlucke immer stärker und differenzierter. Dabei ist die Rezenz recht hoch - das Bier läuft gut rein. Beim Abgang kommt neutrale Hopfenbitterkeit, die die vorherigen Aromen abrundet. Welche Gewürze hier verwendet wurden hätte mich aber schon interessiert!

Pours copper with a small tan head. Aroma: sweet malts, bread and spiced wheat. Taste: toasted malts, caramel and some spices. Smooth mouthfeel. Bit overcarbonated.

Aroma and taste: grain, caramel, belgian yeast, candy, pleasant esters, herbs. Moderately sweet. Light bitter.
Mouth feel: Medium body, average carbonation.
Summary: Well-tasting.
DocuDrinks (2432) - Riga, LATVIA - DEC 9, 2020UPDATED: DEC 9, 2020 Smell-weak, malt, faint Belgian notes.
Foam- thin malt, acidic, weak sour notes somewhat weird. Head is small, light brown in color.
Appearance - brewer bottle cap with a unique color to beer, let us imagine it is unique. Clear ruby color, medium carbonation.
From - snifter
Taste - weak malt, bit acidic, some weird very faint background sourness to it, some caramel in mix. Not bad, but has some oddities to it.
Beese (17142) - Tooting, London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 26, 2020UPDATED: SEP 26, 2020 330ml bottle at Gentse Stradsbrouwerij, Ghent on 03/03/2011. Copper with an offwhite head. Some toasted malt, bread and cinnamon aromas. Smooth and very moreish. Well made.

C: coppery to brown, clear.
A: sweet malty, nutty, brown sugar, leaves, iron.
T: malty, caramel, mellow fruity, nutty, dried fruits, leaves, medium dry on the palate, soft carbonation, not bad, enjoyed.
