Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. caribou43	3.6 Sonnenbräu Zwickelgold I have picked up this bottle at the Rio Getränkmarkt at Emmenbrücke. Serving this bottle on my cup, two days ago after a trip to Paris, at home Epalinges. The colour is yellow gold and orange, a bit troubled with an average carbonation, white foam. A classical lager, on the German way, not extraordinary but it makes the job to be refresh. The color is gold and yellow, troubled, normal carbonation, white foam. A classical white beer, on the German way, not the best but is ok and lovely at the lake. The body is copper, clear with an average carbonation, thin and white foam. I was pleasantly surprised with this beer, happy that a traditional brewery brews an authentic ipa and not something boring like others breweries. caribou43	3.1 Sonnenbräu Holzkopf I have discovered this bottle, at the rio Getränkmarkt, at Emmenbrücke. Drinking and enjoying it, yesterday, at Bonfol, for my birthday. The color is brown and clear, average carbonation, thin and white foam. The name of brown ale is just to make a craft effect but when you taste this beer, you come back to have in the mouth a basical münchner dark lager. We are far away to get a real brown ale, on the English and American way. This beer is not bad but it is boring and basic, ok to be refresh after a long walk of the Appenzeller mountains but it is not subtle for nothing. You get notes of dry malt, metalic side, watery, dry hop but it is not really aromatic, a bit smocked. Monday, June 15, 2020

The color is yellow/brown and clear, normal carbonation for the style, thin and white foam. In my point of view, it is fair dortmunder export, not really a pils or spezial. This beer is classical, not bad at all, light and refreshing, dry malt, rather metalic but it is well integrated, side of toffe even the dryness of the beer, perle hop probably at the final that it is a classical with the Swiss beers.
