So im looking to book ASAP hell i dont even know where i can fly to from edinburgh yet, or who with , but knowing dates are Final and placed would definitly help.

Try RyanAir as I know they fly to rome. If not you could go edinburgh to Billund in the dk and then Billund direct to Rome.
