Message FrumptyDumpty 02:25 Wed 8/1/2012 Quad is coming along well. Finishing up fermentation over the next few days. Tasting nice as well. Dark brown in color with nice "belgian" aroma. Fruity and you can smell and taste the spices well. There is a touch of booze as well and that candi sugar adds some nice dark sugar flavors.
