As I said we could also forgo drinking it at the event and just have a big brewday and make the beer then as well.

Ugh I guess this mean Quad is the winner. Feel free to suggest malts or other interesting things for the beer. This will not require people to vote and is more people suggesting things and then trying to work them into a recipe.
