It’s been sitting for a night in the fridge now, so I’m noticing the vanilla and oak more; less of the herbal. I was wondering why I was one of only a handful of people to describe it as "herbal" when I searched that term with it on Google. A slightly warmer temp must be what brings out those qualities. Still an amazing IPA.
