DrSilverworm	3.7 Rockmill Belgian Pilsner 12oz can from Arrow - Mason, canned 110121. Drank from the can. Satisfying peppery herbal hop, nice light toasty malt, sort of pleasantly funky in that pilsner way. Medium body, kind of crisp light to moderate carbonation. cheap	1.1 Rockmill Petite Saison 2$ can at chalet in north lima. Pour is almost clear pale with a big frothy 3 inch head. Slight saizy neutral pepper nose. Quite astringent & bitter up front, makes it so one sided. All I get is this pointed astringent bitterness, cannot fins any other favors. Quite rude actually. Perhaps it needs to age a while. Somebody must have made a mistake and sold it anyhow. Yes, very few if any attributes that resemble a civilized saison , grizette or other farmhouse brew. Not good. Nasty long rude ass sharp astringent bitter finish, whew. Date code 7/31/20 so it aint that old. Not sure what's up, maybe my taste buds have been covidified. Monday, October 26, 2020
phaleslu	3.6 Rockmill War On Wheat 375 ml bottle. 2015 vintage (whoops). Pours a cloudy orange gold with two fingers of fluffy off-white head, eventually settling into a thick ring and film. Notes of wheat, clove, musty barnyard funk, peanuts, dry leaves, straw, citrus zest, and muddled orchard fruit. Light-medium bodied, with high but soft carbonation and a wheaty, funky, earthy, fruity, lightly spicy mouthfeel that finishes dry. Pretty good for the age. Saturday, October 17, 2020
phaleslu	3.5 Rockmill Le Cheval 375 ml cork and caged bottle, 2015 vintage. Pours a hazy gold with a very small head that settles into a minimal ring. Notes of apples, white grapes, sweet doughy malts, farmhouse funk, musty grains, and a hint of clove and spice. Medium-bodied, with low carbonation and a fruity, funky mouthfeel. phaleslu	3.8 Rockmill Rugged Expanse 375 ml bottle purchased back in 2016, when this was a new release. Pours a deep, dark, basically opaque brown with a finger of tan head that settles into a ring and a few spots of film. Notes of dark chocolate, roasted malts, earth, faint smoke, and just the faintest whiffs of spice, fruit, and oxidation. Light-medium-bodied, with modest carbonation and a roasty, smooth, slightly sweet mouthfeel. Pretty good. Thursday, October 8, 2020
phaleslu	3.6 Rockmill En Plein Air 375 ml bottle, can't remember where I bought it. I believe this is a 2015 vintage. Pours an orange that would be mostly clear if not for the yeast sediment that swirls and settles. Finger of slightly off-white head settles into a thick ring and large but thin irregular island of film. Notes of tea, straw, bready malts, dried apricots and golden raisins, light musty funk, cobwebs, and a bit of cardboard-like oxidation. Light-bodied, with modest carbonation and a dry, malty, semi-sweet, barely funky mouthfeel. Sure, I aged it too long but it's still not bad at all. Wednesday, October 7, 2020
cheap	2.2 Rockmill Belgian Pilsner White $2 can with blue letters, as pictured. Taste is sharply bitter, yes like old country stuff. Clear pale. Foamy head. Neutral nose. In the middle, some unnatural astringent bite begins to set in. Refreshing at first but now starts to drag. Not bad, just a little annoying. The finish almost rises to above annoying on the negative nellie negativity scale, but don't. In the end its simply a decent pale yellah lager style beer to try if you like pils. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, roasty finish. O- Menu said this was on nitro but I couldn't detect it which was appreciated! Lots of coffee and superior to the base beer. Although, not sure how it decreases in abv and becomes a Foreign Stout. Whatever, it's good. Perhaps the best beer I've had at Rockmill. Friday, July 24, 2020

Aroma of tropical fruit, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal hops, pineapple and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a tropical fruit and hop aftertaste. Decent overall. dflb	5 Rockmill Cask Aged Tripel Purchased at Smart Time Food from Grand Terrace, California for $14.99, Cask Aged Tripel is a golden ale aged in whiskey barrels brewed by Rockmill Brewery from Lancaster, Ohio. The aroma of whiskey, Belgian yeast, and honey are discerned while you drink. The appearance is an orange amber that pours barely any head. When held up to light, a cloudy aspects shows. The alcohol content is 10.5%. Whiskey boozes and smoothens the drink. Belgian yeast compliments the whiskey and accents the take. Vanilla is tangible to the whiskey and creates a cream like tone. Honey sweetens the complexion and felt upon the mouthfeel into the finish. Caramel malt is sensible with the honey and whiskey comprehension. Lemon has a mellow citrus touch that is distinguished with the water quality of this beer. Oak colors the honey and yeasty feel. Cask Aged Tripel is an enticing barrel aged Tripel. The whiskey, vanilla, Belgian yeast, honey, caramel malt, and lemon blend into a savory craft beer. The OYO Whiskey barrels from Middle West Spirits provides a beautiful whiskey tone complimented by the vanilla. The honey gleams the mouthfeel and dazzles upon the cusp of the drink. The water quality brings out the yeast and lemon characters. I cherished every single drink and mesmerized by its vibrant bouquet.
