Fantastic impy stout with bourbon, sweet chocolate, dark malt, and sweetened coffee. Trends to the sweet side but insanely drinkable. Dangerous at 15%. Friday, January 26, 2024
BelgianBeerGal	3.8 Bethlehem Brew Works Hop’solutely Haze Draft at the Bethlehem brewpub before heading home. It’s a big beer but nicely done. Big malt backbone with a kick of booze. Lightly bitter but the Citra hop character is still there. Winter IPA. Enjoyable. Friday, January 26, 2024

Flavor has plenty of the spices with the addition of a little caramel or toffee. Somewhat medium body with a sticky sweet character. What you would expect in a winter warmer. Sunday, January 1, 2023

BillWyce	3.2 Fegley's Brew Works Venomous Had a multi-pack of 6-month old cans that exploded on me, was able to rescue most of it into a growler, so...may have to re-rate at some point. Poured hazy honey-gold with no head. Light aroma with earthy and musty notes mixed with honey. Full-bodied with some syrupy thickness. The finish is long, with a mild boozy astringency. Flavor is earthy or grainy up front. This is followed by sweet honey and maybe some orange. Thursday, August 18, 2022

thebeerbandit	4.3 Fegley's Brew Works Hop'Solutely 2/1/19 With the girls watch jg "You." Hopsolutely Nose Surprisingly light, bright and citrusy. Taste is caramel sweet with a big wallop of citrus pith and sticky-sweet hops at the end. Palate is med-heavy with moderate carbonation. Smooth for the abv but not particularly smooth haha Overall a pretty dang great IPA that surprised me with how citrusy and drinkable it is. Sunday, February 2, 2020
