oh6gdx	3 Munkebo Sif Bottled@SBWF2015. Golden colour, mediumsized white head which leaves some lace. Aroma is blue cheesy, some spices, citrus and alcohol. Flavour pretty much follows the same pattern as the aroma. Strange funkiness, which I am not sure if it should be there or not. Wednesday, March 1, 2023

oh6gdx	3 Munkebo Frysedestilleret Hjemstavn Stærk Dansk Ale Bottled. Hazy orange colour with a small head. Aroma is malts, fruits, some slight alcohol and toffee. Flavour is bready, biscuity, some caramel and mild alcohol with some fruits. Nowhere near 20 %, as it's both thin and not having such a burn some of the others had. oh6gdx	3.5 Munkebo Alstærk Strong Scotch Ale Bottled. Deep amber colour with a beige head, which disappears quite fast. Aroma is caramel, some toffee, mild herbs, some peat and leathery spiciness. Flavour is sweet caramel, toffee and some nutty tones with mild leathery and spicy tones. Quite sweet, and also a slight stinging alcohol sweetness in the finish. Friday, February 3, 2023

Flavour is quite strongly bitter with some fruity and floral notes as well as some herbal notes. A bit thin, but otherwise actually tastes quite much like a beer. Good non-alco drink. DraftDodger	2.9 Munkebo Noël Sombre Copenhagen 16/2 2022. 33 cl bottle from Beerlivery web-shop. Label in Munkebos usual design in a dark red version with their logo with the gnarly tree. Pours murky, dark mahogany with a small white head.settles as thin, flimsy patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing. Aroma is fairly intense and sweet and malty bordering on being sugary. Mingling with a load of Christmas spices. Brown sugar, cloves, fennel and hints of sweet orange. Fermented, boozy notes. Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, greasy, soft, lightly tingling texture. Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a modest bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and lean with Christmas spices. Lingers for a while. Semi-dry finish. A bit too much on the sweet and Christmassy side for my taste buds. Wednesday, February 16, 2022

CloakedDagger	2.3 Munkebo Thirst After Thor's Battleroar Bottle 33 cl: A non-alcoholic Elderflower IPA, to be exact. Has a very fizzy pour. Cloudy golden, off-white head with a good retention and some dirty yeast spots. Vague, citrusy aroma. Thin body, heavy carbonation fills your mouth with fizz, subtle citrus but cannot really detect the elderflower. But no real offputting notes or flaws apart from the overcarbonation, so absolutely drinkable. No bitterness. 080421 Thursday, April 8, 2021

Caramel, bread, dark fruits, oxidation in long warm aftertaste. Alcohol is really well hidden. After some sips sweetness becomess really overwhelming. Pours hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as a 1 cm thick, fluffy layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing. Aroma is intense with a sweet maltiness mingling with a fruity yet chemical odor. Some Christmas fumes peeking in. Sweet caramel with sugary hints of syrup. Cinnamon. Tart orange zest. Petroleum and alcohol. Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture. Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and watery. Lingers shortly into nothing. Quite thin in flavor with a light smell of Christmas. Not the most convincing Winter ale. Monday, July 20, 2020
