2.9 Hawkshead Windermere Pale (Cask) Cask at Telford’s Warehouse, Chester (at 3.4%). Pours a pale straw with a small almost white head and good lacing. The aroma is yeasty with citrus and a hint of floral hops. In the mouth it starts off sweet and tangy before rapidly become quite bitter with citrus and grapefruit flavours.
