Description:
Something just for the Long Island Summer. Inspired by the lower-ABV range of Belgian Ales, mostly Pilsner malt with a little bit of flaked wheat. Some Saaz hops, cardomom, and coriander added to the boil, and fermented with a Belgian Ale yeast.
