This extremely dry yet heavy hitting wheat beer is dosed with fresh ginger during the boil as well as a rarely attempted "dry gingering" process. These additions of ginger give the beer a big ginger aroma with a very slight, spicy ginger kick. 48 lbs. of molasses round out the flavors and give a rich, sweet note to this ale.
