Superb honey from the beehives on the Fairmont Olympic Hotel’s roof adds dimension to the biscuity flavor of wholesome malt and aromatic Yakima Valley hops. Pours a light gold color and pairs well with salads, seafood, nuts and cheeses. This is one tasty collaboration.
