We have released our Carolina Zweiköpfigenator Doppelbock. Our Doppelbock is a dark reddish lager with a rich, malty flavor and a slight hop finish.
Munich, Caramel, and Chocolate malts give this beer its color and flavor. There is a subtle earthy character from the Hallertau hops to balance the maltiness. The alcohol is 7.4% abv and although not pronounced, it offers a nice warming sensation to go with the malty flavor.
