10BBL Batch brewed at Social Kitchen in Collaboration with Southpaw BBQ. A new collaboration beer created by Kim Sturdavant of Social Kitchen & Brewery and Phil Cutti of Southpaw BBQ. Their recipe had to incorporate 75 ingredients, not one more or less (named for the type 75 beer license they both have). Once all the ingredients were acquired, they made the beer at Social Kitchen & Brewery and it went on tap there on 5/31/13. Although both brewers are pleased with the results, don’t expect it to be made again. 34 grains, 15 adjuncts, 17 hops, 4 sugars, 2 yeasts, 2 salts, water...
