Big Nose est brassée dans le style Triple à partir de malt d’orge Pilsner, Pale Ale et Munich. Cette bière de dégustation est produite avec une quantité généreuse de houblons Nugget et Willamette. Afin d’intensifier les notes aromatiques, la bière est infusée à froid (dry-hopping) avec du houblon alsacien Triskel pendant sa maturation. Cette blonde dorée se caractérise par une structure gustative complexe dont la puissance et l’équilibre raviront vos sens.
Big Nose is a Belgian Triple brewed by Emanuele Corazzini from Pilsner, Pale Ale and Munich barley malts. Nugget and Willamette hops are used in the kettle. Fermentation with a Belgian yeast strain and dry-hopping with Triskel from Alsace produce great aromatic complexity. Powerful yet delicate with a long aftertaste, this golden triple beer will make the perfect evening treat. Cheers!
