Siebenstern’s interpretation of the Märzen - style is a rare example of the Viennesse lager beer invented in the 1840s by the innovative brewer Anton Dreher: Amber to red in colour with a creamy head it features a malty nose and a hearty flavour resembling walnuts and sponge cake. This medium bodied beer is hoppy and well balanced. It finishes surprisingly dry.
