Chocenbrouwer is a voluptuously bodied Porter made with Brambling Cross, Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, Citra and Cascade hops and various caramelized and toasted malts. Conditioning on organic Peruvian cocoa nibs by Chocolatemakers adds the deepness to its unshakable character. We think it is the ideal Breakfast Porter. They are the only cereals you need in the morning for a day of philosophic deliberations about the pursuit of hoppiness.
