As part of the employee R&D program, which brings together teams of two to five Ballast Point employees to concept, formulate, and even name a beer of their own design. Teams then brew their beer on Ballast Point’s pilot brewery in Little Italy. Solid, hearty malt build. Nice mosaic hop profile.
