This beer was inspired by the Beers Made By Walking Project. Along with friends from the Pinelands Preservation Alliance and NJ Conservation Foundation, we hiked through Pinelands National Reserve to bring you this medium bodied Saison. Herbal flavor and notes of foraged pine needles, goldenrod and wintergreen, blend perfectly with the peppery, earthy notes of the Saison yeast.
