Description:
Some people who love to come and visit the taproom at the brewery will probably be aware of this banging series. A while back we launched the Sequence Series, consisting of 6 beers which were all barrel aged and special editions. These Sequence Series were only available in the bottleshop in our brewery. Loads of people came by just for these beers and they most of them were sold quite quick. Now we are launching the first one of the second series: Cask Ferment #2.
Blend between a berliner weisse and a golden sour ale, fermented in second fill Speyside whisky and bourbon casks, aged with fresh limes for the last 5 months before bottling.
