A rustic earthy woody character is derived from the special Belgian yeast used in this medium bodied copper colored ale. Saaz and East Kent Golding hops add the strong spicy citrus notes that lead into the refreshing dry finish. Wallonia, in Belgium, is the home of this unique beer and Adolphe Sax, inventor of the saxophone.
