Scaramouche, Scaramouche, will you do the Fandango? This is Matt’s own “Bohemian Rhapsody”, fermented with a Czech lager yeast and nurtured with more than six weeks. The distinct spice and green apple hop character comes courtesy of Perle and Sterling hops, while the yeast kicks out a mellow melon ester. Crisp, light, and delicious. Na Zdravi!
