76 Pretty good selction, with some odd stuff, and especially Beerbliotek beers. |
80 A big Systembolaget store which means it comes with all pros and conns that all Systembolaget stores have however this is my local beer store and I’m quite happy with it. Usually gets most limited and special releases while having plenty of good base beers and plenty of good local craft beers. Staff is knowledgable and friendly. |
68 A little off in the city but easy enough to get to by car, bus or tram. It’s well worth the detour!
Very good selection and more than a few local brands. They always have small batch beer available and the staff is very friendly and helpful. |
64 Pretty standard Systembolaget. Some local beers from Beerbliotek when I last visited. You can of course find alot of good beers here, but not muh that other Systembolaget.shops can offer. |
76 Systembolaget main facts: Chain of government controlled monopoly stores to sell alcohol with an ABV higher than 3.5% to take home. 20 years age limit to shop, or even to accompany someone else making a purchase. If ID can not be produced, you might get refused service. All alcoholic beverages above 3.5% ABV you wish to buy in Sweden and not from a "Systembolaget" store, you will have to buy at a pub or restaurant, for consumption at the place where you purchased it. Minimum age requirement 18 years, the pub itself might opt for another age limit though, making it so you need to be older still. Alcohol at 3.5% ABV or lower may be for sale to take home at regular stores that have a permit for it, age limit 18 years, ID may be required. This store: Visited Wednesday September 10, 2014. Bus stop Klippan is very close, but also easy walking distance from tram stop Vagnhallen Majorna (3, 9) and Jaegerdorffsplatsen (3, 9). Easy to drive to, I do think there is parking right outside. Fairly big selection, even for Göteborg. The shelf for wheat/weiss and the shelf for porter/stout can really hold it against most any other Systembolaget store in Sweden. Also saw several bottles I haven’t seen in any other Systembolaget store. Didn’t have too much contact with the staff, other than the person at the register, so difficult really to say anything for service based on this visit. If I lived closer this would seem to be a most excellent store to visit based on selection. Selection score and Overall score based on "Beer Store" and not compared to bars/brewpubs etc. |
72 The second best shop in town (Nordstan is the best). Very good service and personal here. Quite a big selection. Easy to get to by car. |
66 Visited a few years ago. Pretty standard. It’s easy to reserve and order beer for pickup. |
66 Similar to most Systembolaget, although Nordstan is still my favourite. The fact you can know reserve beers make it a lot eqsier to visit some of the stores depending on your location.
This one had an ok selection, nothing too mind blowing for what Sweden does or even for the local Göt breweries. Plenty of British and Belgian beers. |
76 Top 3 in Göteborg, easy to access with car! |
