 82 Very wide selection from around the world. They also get batches of local NJ/PA brews. Knowledgeable staff. |
 76 Decent selection of beer but wine seems to be their thing. Worth a stop if in the area. |
 72 Decent spot on the edge of Princeton. Food gets a 9/10 because it’s a grocery store. Beer selection is vast...just not varied. Volume does not make up for the lack of quality bottles. Probably like all of the Wegmans - a few decent, hard to find bottles, but only offered sporadically. I’ll stop by when I’m in the area just to take a look. You never know! |
 56 Ok for a wegman’s. Not the best but ok selection. A little out of the way from princeton. |
 58 Very disappointing outing to one of the extremely few supermarkets in the Garden State allowed to sell alcohol. This store--which btw is NOT in Princeton, it’s in West Windsor--has a charming ambiance, but there’s really nothing here you can’t get at the average Buy-Rite.. And its prices--ugh??!?1 In general, they’re definitely high.
We’ve been hoping for supermarkets to finally get liquor licenses here in NJ and bring their volume power to bear, but Wegmans ain’t the supermarket for it--it targets a more affluent market segment--and northern Mercer County ain’t the cheapest part of the state by any means. Too bad....But try Trader Joe’s across Rt 1--craft beers come and go at $5.99/6, and they even have own-label Bavarians and Dunkelweizens! |
 84 Great beer store in a corner of a HUGE supermarket in Princeton right of Route 1. Excellent selection including lots of Dogfish Head, Victory, Hoppin Frog, Weyerbacher, Brooklyn, Unibroue, Yards, Founders, etc etc. Lots of Belgians and other good European beer. RateBeer ratings displayed next to a lot of beers, which is awesome. Huge, spacious store. Lots of wine sold too, but who cares about that? Prices reasonable. |
