Schloderer Bräu

Visited during the fabled Bamberg Jolly of January 2014. Sat outside. Nice courtyard. Homey, cozy interior. Decent beers, tried three that were available. Not a stunner but worth a visit if you're in town.

Brauerei Restaurant in der Amberger Altstadt. Es gibt drei Biere vom Fass + 2 Specials in der Flasche. Essen ok. Service sehr nett. Als Stopp an der A6 ok.

Rather touristic place in the city center. Nice interiors with brewing kettles settled in the middle of the main hall. 5 decent brews and good food.

Visited during Jolly to Bamberg 2014. Just made it inside the door as we were told the place was booked and we could not get any beers. After some negotiation, we were allowed to sit outdoors (in January...) and have some beers. Quite lousy service, and beers were not amazing. I dont plan to visit again.

After some negotiations we were allowed to sit outside and sample some beers while preparations were being made inside. Not really worth going to unless you happen to pass by. Beer isn’t very good, service not very friendly.

Didn’t get a good look at the interior here, as they were preparing for a private function and we were compelled to sit outside to sample their beers, of which there were 3 on tap, two of them awful diacetyl-bombs and one passable Helles. Service was rather unfriendly as well. Grab the ticks and move on.

Modern interior split between the bar/restaurant and the coffee shop. Helles, Dunkel and Weisse on tap during my visit in November 2011, with 3-4 bottles available to-go. Beer was pretty plain and dull.

This is actually my favorite brewery so far in the immediate Graf area. Delicious German and non-traditional food. The beers are amazing and its in a great location for an after meal walk.

Nice shady patio area. Not a grandma place. Excellent beers and above-average food with lots of non-German options like flatbread pizzas.

More modern brewpub with good pizzas and tasty beer. In the middle of the old town. Well worth a stop in Amberg.
