Came here on 24.5.2019. Huge brewery located in the whaterfront area of Boston. They have been around since 1986. Huge hall on the first floor with a merchandising shop on the left, a long bar in the middle and the canning line in the background. Beers are mediocre. The Harpoon IPA is dull, the Juicer is better. They serve Brezels in different versions. I had the Hot Dog Bretzel, which was fine. A place you can miss, but Boston does not have a lot of alternatives.

Located in a big industrial area, parking can be a pain during the day and during the week, with only 15 minute parking available (but they don’t check often). Big open tasting room upstairs with plenty of house taps available. Pre-set samplers of 4 available for $12, way too much. And the beers we ordered ranged from terrible to average/drinkable. Service was friendly. Can’t recommend this place.

Huge place. Lots of merchandise available and also cheap tours to breweries. Flights of 4 available but they are pre-set. Don't expect anything exciting from beers.

Visited on 5th October 2017. Just a little beyond the new sea port development and into the industrial area is this place. The entrance is not wholly obvious but managed to find our way in. The tap room is upstairs and is huge. There's plenty of bench style seating and even a sizeable gift shop. The centre bar is self serve. The beer range has some Seasonal specials plus a range of Harpoon beers. Flights are available but are set. Had a couple of these as had beers O wanted to try. The tasting paddle is harpoon shaped which is another nice touch. Prices and service were decent enough. Beer was ok. It's worth a visit for some new rates.

A couple of visits during different trips to Boston. A short walk from the Seaport, where BA holds a bunch of their fests, so I’ve come here after one of those and managed to get in when there wasn’t a terrible line. But be prepared, there often will in fact be a terrible line just to get in. Once you’re in however, it’s a quite nice thing. Big open space, lots of interesting selections. Harpoon can make some great beers, but like a lot of the bigger craft places, those beers don’t go very far. In fact, I’d speculate a bunch are done for in house sales and festivals. Those are the cool ones. Good prices on samplers and full pours, though if you’re ticking there will likely be enough selection to stick with smaller pours. I recall the food being limited to pretzels. Big delicious pretzels. I could be forgetting other food options if they exist though, because I just have great memories of the massive pretzels there. If there’s not a huge wait to get in, it’s worth a visit.

25 minutes walk from downtown. Large, bright space, self service, bar staff varies from attentive to useless, during busy periods there is not enough bar staff and you waste too much time trying to get beer; three flights of four each available

Industrial part of the docks, limited parking but a few free spots for short term. Large open bar area overlooking the canning line with lots of taps and pretzels to buy, alongside the standard gift shop. Beer was the usual Harpoon lineup as well as a few special things. Tours on the hour are $5. 2oz samples are free, it costs way more to get an official 4oz sampler.

Pretty place in a neat location. Should've for the depth of their pockets. Selection was meh though-no surprises on tap.
