86 Large, open store, with beer in the back. Two solid rows of shelves, with plenty of coolers. Good selection, laid out by state and country. |
88 Great find in small Providence. Made a pit stop to see whether they have some locals and ended up with 24 different cans; they gave a 20% discount as, well! Quite a large selection. Must visit if you are in Providence. |
90 Big free parking lot. Very helpful friendly stuff. Good presentation. Got a nice mixed 6er of locals. Fair prices. Highly recommended if you are in the area. |
88 Finally got a chance to visit this place recently. Nice location - easy to get to. Most beautiful liquor store anywhere with exposed brick walls. Good service. Fantastic selection for Rhode Island. (Still cannot compete with Massachusetts). Decent beer prices. Mixed sixer’s. Expensive whiskey prices though. |

96 This is one of the nicest beer stores I’ve experienced -- attractive and well stocked. The selection was so good I had to restrain myself, otherwise I would have dropped several hundred dollars. one of their distributors (Tony from B. United was there and gave some helpful suggestions on some pretty obscure Italian beers. I wish I lived closer to this place. |
90 It’s all about the vintage room. Wow. Great range. Excellent value. As a true bottle shop alone this place is world-class. Amazed at the shelf turds you yanks get. |
88 It doesn’t look like the picture anymore. They’re in an old building with lots of exposed brick. It’s an inviting and warm store full of kind and helpful staff. I loved that they had so much of their stuff refrigerated and that they offered a 10% discount for a mix 6. They had a pretty deep selection of local, regional, national, and imported craft. I haven’t yet been to other stores in the area but I would imagine this place is the standard that others compare themselves too. And they had plentiful parking which you don’t always get in city locations. I’ll go back again if I’m in the area. |
78 Nikki’s Liquors is a pretty sizeable liquor store located due north of central Providence. Inside it is large, bright and clean. They have a couple of aisles full of beer as well as plenty of fridge space and a vintage/aging room at the back. Although I picked up a selection of more location brews it was obvious that this place has one of the widest selections of European/International anywhere nearby. If anything I would like a wider selection of local beers. Staff(owner?) came over to offer some suggestions and recommendations which was good. If you want a bottle shop in RI this is the place for you! |
88 Great selection of beers all available in singles. The cellar room at the back is always exciting. Great deal on mixing a 6 pack or case of beer. I was served by the owner who was extremely knowledgable and helpful. |
