“My cosy bar and bottleshop in the center of Aabenraa. We have 10 beer on tap, always rotating and around 150 different beers on can and bottle. Try it out and let’s give you some great beer.“

“Visited here in 2010 (ish) on a family trip to Legoland. For me, it satisfied my needs for disparate Danish beers. Other than that, it's a pretty standard European grocery store. So you can always get something to go with your beer.“

“Primarily a tea shop. Chocolate, spirits as well. Beer selectio is very limited, about 25 different bottles. Some classic Belgians, some ordinary Danish and a few Swiss, which is a little uncommon. I have the feeling that a pretty lable is more important here than the actual content, since a lot of the bottles sold end up in gift baskets... Staff knows very little about beer, prices are high.“

“Quite nice place to hang out after a long day on the road. Decent selection of British, Belgian, Danish and other beers. Good service. Nice food and all in all a good experience. Some nice bottles, but I went for the fresh Danish IPA’s. Probably the beerplace in Aabenraa“

“Quite a nice shop in the center of the town, selling first a lot of different teas, wines, spirits and special food, but also having few shelves of beer bottle (about 90 different bottles). Many Belgium (including all Wests), some Danish and several from really different countries like Spain, Italy, Iceland. Staff has some, limited knowledge about what they sell and speak good English (like everyone in Denmark). Prices are quite reasonable but, to be honest, beers are just an addition to other products they have. From perspective of a tourist, selection of Danish beers could have been much more wider. Anyway, worth to be visit if you at in town, also because some rare Belgian or Italian (Baladin) bottles.“

“Large store with a good selection of teas, wine, chocolates, spices and beer. They probably don’t have that many beer, but there are sometimes rarities in between. Not that much knowledge about beer.“

“Large modern tea and wine store. Apr. 35 bottles, Einstök, Hornbeer, Fanø and Coisbo. Found one Hereforshire cider I had never seen in DK before. I was tiold it was a one.off sample, indicating that you might find some rare stuff here.“

“A nice teashop with lots of different sorts of tea. When it comes to beer, they don’t have a very big selection. Some different danish breweries like Munkebo. A few english and belgian breweries as well.“

“Located just pff the main road separating the town. entre from the port, the place is a laid back pub, with a long bar and soft leather couches tucked around wooden tables. The staff are very nice, willingly giving samples of whatever is on tap. Th selection is impressive, given the fact that the place is situated in a provincial non-capital: 13 taps of what ordinary Danes would consider most exotic, if rather dull. beer, and a reasonable selection of bottles, mostly from UK, Belgium, and Denmark. The food is not inexpensive, as is the beer, but decent. An OK place to dine and drink in Aabenraa.“

“Nice and friendly place that sells tea, coffee, chocolate, wine, mustard, some liquors and a fair number of beers compared with the rest of the town. Danish (including a wide range of Hornbeer stuff), Belgium, Germany and a few bottles from Italy and Norway (including Nøgne Ø). Not the best place for things like Mikkeller, Ewel Twin etc. but you might find something rare and local here. Friendly and personal service. They sometime hosts tea, wine or whisky tastings in the evening, and as I normally would be at work during opening hours I was lucky to find the door open one of these tasting nights and the owner where friendly enough to let me do my shopping then. Pricing simular to other typical wine and beer shops. Sometimes posible to get discount on older bottles.“

“Yes they do sell beer here, some craft beers as well. Nothing special, just what you expect from a Danish supermarket. But it might be right to list them for Aabenraa since it’s one of the few places to find beer in this town. You will find some Belgium standards and a few more than less local Danish craft beer.“

“Nice and friendly place located in the basement of my hotel. Not the biggest beer selection in the world but great considering a smaller Danish city. At least there seems to be something new every time I visit. The prices are very affordable and the food is decent. No need to go anywhere else when staying in Åbenraa.“

“Environment matches the name. Brownish pub interior in typical British pub-style. Welcoming staff, that remembers you if come in the next day. Most of the staff has good beer knowledge. The selection of beer is of good variety. Different types of beers from several countries, where the major selection is from Belgium, Scotland and Germany. Proper pub food on the menu, with good taste and well filled plates. The pub has good value for the money spent. Customers are periodically, surprisingly this close to the German border, Norwegians filling the pub.“

“A small store in the middle of Aabenraa pedestrian street. Some regularly available Mikkeller, some Germans, Belgians and English bottles. Usually the English are where they have the most rarities (Batemans and others)“
