“Had dinner here after an amazing session next door at Daydreaming, which closes earlier. Modern decor, soft lighting. Long bar and restaurant tables plus a patio out front. More than a dozen taps included four or so from Daydreaming and the rest from small New Hampshire breweries; a no crap on tap sort of selection. Staff knew the beers as well. Food was excellent, with fairly big portions. Worth visiting both places, but if Daydreaming is closed you can get your fix here - minus the real cask ale.“

“I added this place because although they have the same owner, this place and Cask & Vine next door have separate alcohol licences. As a result, you can't bring drinks back and forth. Cask & Vine is the restaurant, with a ton of taps, more than half of which are guest beers, but they don't do growlers. Daydreaming, on your left as you enter, closes earlier than Cask & Vine. They have a separate bar and no food, but they fill growlers; seven taps plus a handpull beer engine with a proper English bitter on when I stopped by; they tap something new every Wednesday and it's usually gone by Friday. I went to both, and it was probably the most fun I've had at a brewery in the US since the Before Times. Head brewer Andy knows his stuff, and has the certificates to prove it, most bestowed by CAMRA. He does a variety of styles, though, and does them well. You can get a peek at the brewhouse behind the bar. A parade of regulars came through all night long, and everyone knew everyone by name. But they adopted me as well, and I felt right at home. I would love to have a local like this, Derry residents have a true gem.“

“Outside looks like a country store, inside there's a kitchen for to go foods. Large number of beer coolers in the back, plus a couple racks of bombers. Some rarities, a good selection of Belgians and solid NH numbers.“

“This place has come a LONG way over the past few years to become a craft beer haven. While it remains a convenience store in a strip mall on the Derry/Windham line, they have upgraded everything in terms of selection and approach. The store's Facebook feed is now 100% craft beer and that have a number of rarities. Blown away by how far this place has come.“

“In a light industrial park so there's plenty of parking, at least on the weekend. Small bar with a few stools, picnic tables, I think a small parking lot area if I'm not mistaken. Flights of five available or tasters for two bucks each. Small but interesting range of beers. Friendly staff. Worth a visit if in the area.“

“Intimate tasting room in industrial park area of Derry. There’s a nice, large wood table that sits 6-8 in the middle of room, bench and stool seating at countertops for approximately 15. Staff was friendly, the place is clean, and you can see through to the brewing area in back. It was lively enough on a Saturday afternoon to be a somewhat happening atmosphere. Mixture of rustic and modern--nice wood paneling, pig parephernalia, beautiful wood bar, along with Edison bulbs, a corrugated steel ceiling and aluminum scaffolding. 8 beers on tap, growlers/bottles for sale. If memory serves, 5 taster flight for $8 and 3 flight for $5.“

“This is a convenience store that also has a deli and some tasty fried chicken. But you want to hear about their craft beer selection. It has expanded a lot in the last year. They include a fine collection of local nano-breweries like Henniker, Out.Haus, Rockingham, Stone Face, Kelsen, and 603. No mix and match but many bomber singles. The prices are about the same as other places nearby. The only complaint I have is that they do not put price tags on their beer.“

“Nice little tasting brewery tasting room in Derry NH. Very rustic with wood walls and wood countertops supported by black iron pipes. The brewery owners are a young couple that are friendly and willing to chat with customers. They usually have six or seven beers on. When I first started going there, the tasters were free, now it’s $2.00 for a four ounce taster. Which I find a little high, but that’s the only negative thing I’ll say.“

“I like this place. The rustic wood of the tasting room, the friendly smiles of the owners, the house dog, and a nice view into the backroom microbrewery. You can buy a 4-beer flight for $5 and you can buy their beers in growlers or in bottles. I would recommend that craft beer fans spend an afternoon in Derry-Londonderry NH and visit Rockingham Brewing along with the other breweries and better beer shops all within a 3-4 mile radius.“

“Stopped in here last week for the first time in about 15 years looking for a little something to quench my thirst after a sooty job up the street. Wow this place has changed. Its your basic olde time New England convenience store with a small deli counter and the usual convenience items. But they have really stepped up the selection of beer here! Most of the the back wall is filled with shelves of warm six backs with maybe twelve feet of shelving facing that with bombers and bigger bottles. They have a selection of macros, but also just about everything available from a distributor in NH. Fair enough pricing, the kind of friendly but not so beer savvy service you would expect from a convenience store. I’m impressed with the way they have steeped up the selection here, will stop by again if in the area.“

“I’ve stopped here a few times, but only eaten here once, and that was for a beer dinner so my food portion of this review may get updated at some point. Cozy dimly lit bar smack in the middle of Derry Center. A couple of couches off to the right as you walk in a, 20 or so seat bar off to the back right with a smattering of tables to the left. A constantly rotating taplist maybe 12 deep with some of the best beer available in NH. Service is knowledgeable and very attentive. The food I had was fantastic, although I still need to sample from the regular menu that I understand changes often. The place is a bit pricy, but the quality merits it. I will be back.“

“Right off Main Street Route 102 in Derry, NH. Stopped in for dinner and drinks with my Valentine’s Day date. Here is a list of what was on draft the night I stopped here. Samuel Adams "The Vixen" Chocolate Chile Bock, Firestone Wookey Jack,Oma’s Tribute Black Lager, Throwback Brewery - Martha’s Exchange IPA, Ol’Cattywhompus, White Birch Brewing, Belgian Pale Ale- White Birch, Allagash Confluence Belgian Strong Pale Ale, Allagash Brewing,Dogfish Head ImmortAle - Dogfish Head Hellhound IPA,Reserve Belgian Tripel, White Birch, Innis & Gunn Barrel Aged Scottish Ale, Coffehouse Porter, Berkshire, Double Chocolate Stout, Wells & Youngs. The food menu in small however, everything we had was quality and made from fresh ingredients. Overall, this is a nice option if you are in the area. I wouldn’t travel a great distance to try it but I know I will be back because of the draft selection and I live only 30 minutes away.“

“Finally a true craft beer bar in Derry, NH. Cask and Vine features a longish bar of hand-made Vermont Cherrywood, and is accented nicely by more cherry on the bar-back with 14 taps presented front and center. A large chaulkboard above lists the beers on tap. Tables made from oak barrels and arched brickwork opposite the bar give the place a "wine cellar" vibe. This place is spotless and upscale for a beer bar, but keep in mind C+V is a hybrid wine/beer bar. Selection of draught beers is top-notch for NH, with rarities (Founders Bolt Cutter) and locals (two different White Birch) in the mix. Serving sizes and prices of the beers are not specified which I think is a drawback though. Any consumer should be allowed to be well informed of what he is ordering beforehand, and I hope they fix this. The staff is super-friendly and very accomodating though and this will bring patrons back time and time again. I’m not aware of a bottle list being available, perhaps there was but I did not see one. I did not try the food on my visit, but the menu looks delicous and a bit high-end. The "Value" portion of this review is solely based on the price of my Bolt Cutter that I had, which in all fairness is a very expensive beer in the bottle. Hopefully further visits will find larger pours and lower prices and I’ll adjust my review. Congratulations to C+V and I hope they have much success, it’s a beautifull taproom run by some very nice people with a well thought-out selection of fine brews. “

“This is a convenience store on Route 28 in Derry, NH that also sells beer and wine. Their selection was fairly routine with most of the nationally known macros and many nationally known micros such as Sam Adams, Magic Hat, Shipyard, and others. Occassional high quality imports such as Unibroue and the Chimay family. A lot of 12 packs but no mix and match as far as I could tell. There was a singles cooler but you have to pick from what they stock. The occasional oddity shows up. For example I purchased Colt 45 High Gravity in a can here, which I have not seen anyplace in New Hampshire much less in a can. Is it worth a road trip? Nope. But if you are in the Derry area looking for beer and do not feel like driving to Salem, Manchester, or Hooksett (where there are better beer stores), it might hold you over for the night. You can also buy your chips to take home with your beer.“
