“Pretty solid place for an airport. They have some standard Fuller’s on casks, some seasonal casks, and some standard kegs for draught, plus some bottles which you can take to go (massively marked up though). Half pints and pints available; didn’t check to see if they still do flights. Bunch of vegan food options too which kept me happy. Surprisingly good service. If you’ve got some time to kill at Terminal 2, this is a good spot.“

“Incredibly busy place, with every table taken, and staff struggling to clear empties. Lots of people hovering around trying to find a vacating group. Got the feeling this could be twice the size and still be as busy. Like all spoons you can order via the app and have the beer delivered to your table. As it was so busy I just queued up (my wife ordered via the app and waited some time). Four cask and four 'craft' cans from Siren, Mad Squirrel, Brewdog et al. Plus the usual national blands. It is what it is I guess. “

“A relatively new beer destination on Heathrow, located airside at terminal two, ground floor. Beers from the near-by Big Smoke Brew Co. On our stay they had three of their beers and one cider on tap, a few more on cans, as well. Large, circle main bar serving different sections of a stylish, modern room. In addition to the Big Smoke beers they had a few industrial lagers. Take away options. Polite service. (Visited with Finn 24.11.2021).“

“Visited on 8th Dec 2019. It's OK for an airport Wetherspoon's I suppose. Obviously geared to eating, but plenty of beers too. Usual regular cask offerings with nothing of interest to me (their 'Crown Rivers' beer is a re-badge). Keg lines also their bland regulars. I did pick up a rate from their bottle offerings though, so happy with that. Best chance of a decent beer in Terminal 5.“

“After security in Terminal 2 it's a reasonably large and airy restaurant with several of Fuller's brews on tap. A flight of 3 is available for not too much. Fish and chips could be better but aren't too bad. Not a bad stop and if you haven't had your Fuller's fill worth a stop before flying out.“

“Crap Greene King gastropub serving a limited selection of Greene King beers. You would avoid this place if it were on the High Street. You have to queue to be seated. It promises craft beer and burgers, but it's all standard Greene King stuff. You might end up here because choice appears to be very limited, so suck it up and be positive!“

“Visited on a Thuesday afternoon. I had two hours to spend before my flight so I decided to have a couple of beers and dinner at this place. Had 10 or so taps and some bottles aswell. Food was decent and some of the Fuller's beers were new to me. Service was OK.“

“We sat here for about an hour and a half Thursday 6th September 2018 whilst waiting for our Lufthansa flight to Munich, which was delayed by 50 mins. It is an ok bar, as you enter the first section seems to be predominantly set out for eating but you can stroll through this to a smaller but more open area by the bar. Off to the side it dog leg's off to an area which has been designed for those who want to work and use computers with plug and usb sockets in the centre of the tables, we sat here as Loz needed to do a little work.

They had about 4-5 cask and a couple of keg choices but there is was also bottles to choose from, mainly Fullers but also Punk IPA (which Loz had). I had a new cask offering (for me) Fullers Fruit Loop followed by a bottle of Fullers Porter both very good. The staff were very efficient and friendly enough. The chap on the table behind us had one of those really annoying let me talk and air my views so everyone can hear me, grrrr..... We moved on eventually unable to listen to his drivel any longer. It was pleasant enough for an airport beer stop, so we would be happy to recommend and return here“

“Modern pub on the airside of Terminal 2. Many Fuller's beers on Cask and tap with a couple boring international beers. Found 4 ticks here. Food was average, and as you expect from an airside place, quite pricey. Service was very nice and very quick. Perfect to pass time before boarding your plane!“

“Not too bad for an airport bar and it’s a better place to wait for your gate to be called than the general seating areas in the main concourse. They have six keg taps and a couple of hand pumps, one of which was off, leaving just the Curator’s Compass IPA on cask. There were also a few bottles and cans including a single bottle of Lagunitas Day Time gathering dust at the back of a shelf. (Visited 8 April 2018).“

“Large, full of light open space restaurant and bar at the airport. Several casks and taps in the corner, as well as a bit wider selection of bottles. Friendly staff and quick service. Have not tried food but looked very good. For sure one of the nicest bups at the airports.“

“2018-03-04. Big open bright space, feels like a coffee shop meets bookstore in a way. Lots of seating, friendly servers. Tap list is mostly Fuller's as expected, with a couple of new ticks for me that didn't tempt me enough to have any early in the morning. I had an overpriced but pretty tasty Full English breakfast. Even the black pudding was enjoyable, served on top of a large mushroom, much to my surprise! Pretty decent for an airport.“

“Visited on 8th Feb 2018. Smart bar restaurant airside in T4. Decor is very smart. Beer range is OK with a cask house beer and 1 other turned around plus a few macro lagers and a couple of Camden beers. Prices require removal of limbs but there's not a lot of choice elsewhere here.“

“So Fuller's at the airport is actually better place than I expected. Bright, clean, large open space with somewhat wooden interior. Range is limited ti Fullers and occasional Sierra Nevada. Actually not that bad place for airport bar/pub.“

“Located in the heart of Terminal 2 on Heatrow. Combinded dining place and pub. Counted 15 taps and 30 bottles, mostly Fulleræ's, but also few others. Interiour was ok, when it comes to service I was more getting the fealing that you where on a factoru and not a live pub. Still ok place to find a good beer at Heatrow. Visited 03.12.2017.“

“Used this place a couple of times now, latest was 5th Dec 2017. Clean and bright eating house with a few tables for just drinkers (like me). All the cask ales are Fullers, keg lines have some other stuff (Peroni and Sierra Nevada) alongside their own beers. Pleasant enough, but don't expect any beer talk from the staff, they just serve it. I like Fullers beers, so this is an ideal bar to sit and relax in while awaiting your flight and is by far the best option once through security in T2.“

“Ambiance is OK, large restaurant, with many tables but not too noisy. Service was super quick, even too much. I'd your burger comes 2 minutes after your order, maybe there's something wrong. Waiters don't really interact pleasantly with customers. Draft was not working, so only cans/bottles were available. Still, a decent choice, probably better than the draft beers. Did was mediocre. My burger was not interesting, fries were just bad/old. So prices are a little too high for such quality.“

“Found the old fashioned way - by wandering the terminal looking for a place with tap handles. Big bar area, and well lit, spacious, and it somehow manages to not look like an airport bar. The bartender was quick and friendly. 6 tap and two casks, and none of them were Fullers. £5.50 for a pint is a startlingly good price for a beer in an airport. Chill place to pass a layover.“

“Came here on 27.6.2017. Was a very positive surprise and is a great enrichment for Terminal 2. Roughly 10 beers on tap including the Fuller’s range and Sierra Nevada. They even have a small merchandising corner with books and T-shirts. Food was not impressive.“

“Slightly embarrassed that my only uk review is a Heathrow bar, but so be it. Extended layover means time for lunch and a few beers. Good selection of tap, cask and bottle available. Half pours on draft beers is a plus. The place has three parts, two of which are counter service. Service overall efficient. Prices fair for an airport. I am overall pretty happy with this option in terminal 5.“

“Big and rather noise pub in terminal 5 airside. With the seating between walking areas for gates lots of people is passing by all the time. 5 handpumps, safe and uninspired selection with Wynchwood Hopgoblin Gold being the most exciting here. 10 kegs with macro lagers. Had lunch, lamb shank and mash wich was pretty good. Fair service, and prices not to bad for an airport.“

“AKA Fuller’s Bar & Kitchen. Nice area with good size but tiny tables. Separate area for drinkers only. Only half of the taps were available. All Fuller beers (obviously) so no others available. Breakfast pancakes were far too fat, scrambled eggs with salmon was cold, toast was wholemeal i.s.o. white. Beers okay but filtered.“

“Sitting on the second level of terminal 2, offering a gift shop as well as food and drink. Have to wade through the restaurant to get to the bar, but it’s worth it. Nice selection of Fuller’s products oi tap and cask, as well as an impressive lineup of bottled product. Even had their vintage ales for sale, but way too pricey.“

“A large, airy and modern Fuller’s pub on the airside at Queens Terminal. Six cask ales, mostly the usual range of Fuller’s and Gales ales, Some interesting beers among the bottles. They also have Fuller’s vintage bottles from 1997-2004, however, each of them cost a fortune.Decent food and the right kind of background music; Tamla Motown, Stones, Doors and Beach Boys. Okay place for a drink or two while waiting for a northbound plane. Attentive and friendly service (Visited with Finn, 30.09.2016).“

“Visited 20.4.2016. Not a bad place to lounge during a stopover. As pricey as airport food and drink programs go and yet cheaper than spending the layover at the Burberry shop. Some casks, some bottles, quick and efficient service. Also had a decent Pimm’s cup post-rating.“

“Great place for an airport! Decent number of cask beers, some bottles, even some rare stuff for an exorbitant place. Good crew here - James is the man and Izabela the Sofia Vergara look-alike also crushed it. Let’s not dance around the Bush - I got hammered here. I thought session beers weren’t supposed to do that! Food is decently legit, classic British pub fare, which is what you came here for. I came directly from almost getting blown up in a suicide bomber blast in Istanbul, and this was a great welcome back to the not so crazy world.“

“Standard airport pub. Five or so Cask ales on, ten or so craft beers besides that. Pretty cheap for an airport, paying less than £4 for a pint is very tolerable. Ambiance doesn’t score very high as there’s noise and people around all of the time, this being an airport and all. Worth dropping by while you’re waiting for your next flight.“

Well as Leighton kept messaging about this on the Forums and I have been here frequently (most recently en- route to Toulouse for our birthday weekend mid Nov 2014) I thought that I should rate it, if anything to try and stave off Leighton who is continually nipping away at my heels on our way to 800 place rates, well done Leighton keep up the good work btw (:-) you are a phenomenal beer and place rater.

As I recall this place is at one end of the terminal I think Gene (Travlr) in his review below has got the directions spot on. As you walk towards it, the bar, which is quite smallish and can get quite busy is on the LH side, there are some seats here but this area is mainly for drinking whereas there is a more dedicated eating area the other side of the pedestrian walkway (centrally placed). I have frequently eaten here and like most other JDW’s I have found the food to be pretty reasonable fare and certainly well priced when compared to many of the other places at this Terminal.

In terms of the beer choice, it is always going to be a little more limited than that you would find in a standard JDW, but there were some cask choices (4-5 In think?) however as the craft choice and cans were really taking off we were happy with the likes of Six Point Bengali Tiger, Sweet Action and The Crisp Pilsner that had recently been cropping up in JDWs.

A safe choice for a decent beer in the type of environment that is usually a beer desert when it comes to a decent choice. Fine. “

“Visited on a Wednesday lunchtime in November 2015. Large spread out Spoons at the far end of T5. Had 5 festival beers on in decent nick plus craft offerings. Prices steeper than normal with food double normal prices. It’s useful to wait and rate for your flight.“

“This is Heathrow Terminal 2’s main drinking establishment. It is a very new, bright bar space which is a combo of restaurant, bar and small Fuller’s shop. Nice concept. They offer 6 cask ales (including an exclusive Gales beer), 10 keg lines and a solid range of bottles. What surprised me most was a decent selection of Beavertown cans. I had a couple of halves then had some Gamma Ray. This is the only airport bar I have been to that stocks it. I was originally disappointed that there wasn’t a Spoons in this terminal until that moment. Nice little spot.“
