“Huge complex out in an industrial park on the outskirts of Manassas very corporate looking. Complex includes an outdoor concert venue and a distillery, coffee shop too. Country music, LOUD country music. Indoor and outdoor seating. Plastic cups...boo! All flash and no substance“

“More than just a bottle shop, this is also a taproom with a beach vibe. Huge outdoor aea with cabanas and games and picnic tables, small air conditioned space in the small taproom. large taplist with a variety of styles. Great service, flights available.“

“Located in downtown Mnassas, it was packed with people for the live music, although it definitely wasn't my scene. One and done for me. Small tap room with large patio and outdoor stage. Food Trucks? I think so. Service seemed a bit slow. Taplist was pretty mainstream, and I enjoyed the beer I had, but it wasn't exceptional. Hit or miss“

“Completely unprepared for the assault of board games when entering. The entire purpose of this bar and grill is to provide a place to play board and tabletop games. Looks like an old Victorian study with games stacked floor to ceiling. Quirky atmosphere, great service, decent food and interesting taplist. Never been anywhere like it!“

“Great little store across the lot from Eavesdrop brewing. Not a huge place but a well-curtailed selection of stuff here. Also lots of singles for all the tickers out there. Two full fridges of singles. Only gripe there is none of them have price tags, so you don't know how much you're paying. Since tall cans seem to always cost upwards of $6 these days, that matters. Friendly service and the staff has a good knowledge of what's in store. Not sure if you can drink bottles you buy here in the outdoor lot at Eavesdrop, but next time I'll ask.“

“Small friendly place in Manassas with a decent variety of styles on tap. Friendly service. I was in here on a Wednesday when they had a cornhole competition. Clientele tends on the redneck side but again, everyone was friendly. Beer just OK.“

“Small bar like place with friendly atmosphere and a few beers on tap. Beer quality was underwhelming when I was here a few years back, hopefully they have improved since then.“

“Decent small place in Manassas among a lot of other choices in vicinity. Friendly staff, flights available when I visited a while back. Beer, unfortunately, left something to be desired a couple of years ago -- hopefully they've come along.“

“It took awhile to make it here, but the wait was worth it. Beers were all solid. Don’t trust google maps to get you there though.“

“I was the only person there, so of course the service was great. The beer tender and I talked about breweries in the area. Very spacious set up.“

“Located in downtown Manassas. Stopped in here after hitting a few other locations. Grabbed some food and a few beers. They were associated with BadWolf for a while, but no longer. Guest tap list is decent locals to semi-easy to find micro beers. Their own beers are a bit lacking right now, they need some refinement. I remember the food being pretty tasty, it might be a good place to stop for a little breather if you're hitting breweries in that area.“

“Gigantic venue that just opened a little bit ago. They seem to have been plans. Music, various food options, and it looks like a distillery was getting close to opening when I last went.

Beer was decent, nothing user crazy, but most of the beers were pretty decent.

Would probably be a great place to hang out with friends and maybe see a show. If you're just looking to tick, think about going elsewhere.“

“Massive farm brewery/concert venue place outside of Manassas. The sheer size of this place feels more like it ought to be a budweiser plant than a craft brewery. LIve music, taco truck, barbecue and pizza. They also have around 10-15 taps on when I visited. Great place to pass a sunny weekend day, and the beer was better than average all around. Definitely the best place in the Manassas area.“

“I visited on a Wednesday and the place was predictably quiet, but impressive. It has only been open a month, and it is quite remarkable compared to many new brewpubs that are popping up in light industrial parks. This place is on a huge piece of property, with many outdoor seating areas, complete with fire pits and fire places. Inside is industrial modern, in a good way. Service was friendly and quick. The place reminds me of a scaled down version of the original Stone Brewing location in Escondido. Sadly, the beers were not up to Stone's standards. If and when that happens, this could become a regional destination. I did not try the food, but what I saw looked very good. Looking forward to another visit to try food and new beers.“

“If you’ve been to one warehouse brewery taproom, then you’ve been to this one. Every beer has kind of a patriotic theme. Beers were solid but not anything close to spectacular. Service was solid as well.“

“Stopped in with GenDV110+OT. Tiny place in an unassuming storefront. Six experimental beers on tap. I think this was the original brewery location, and they have held onto the space for experimenting. Beers were pretty good.“

“Bare bones tap room in a small strip mall. Apparently dedicated to their experimental recipes. Friendly service. Six beers on draft, all pretty solid. No food but they have free popcorn in the corner. Worth a stop if paired with other Manassas places, especially Heritage right across the street.“

“Small brewery tap room tucked a bit past Old Town Manassas. If you see the P Tuning auto shop and the ricey cars around the lot, you’re in the right place. Bar bones interior with an L-shaped bar and some tables. Solid selection of drafts with a couple experimentals and one cask. Some bottles available to drink on site or to go. No food but you can BYO or order in from places like The Bone. Wouldn’t go out of my way to return but a solid stop if you’re doing a Manassas area place crawl.“

“Heritage is tucked around the back of an industrial lot, turn to the right off Center Point Ln. It’s a great location with plenty of space and the brewing stainless is at a few arms length of the bar. Plenty of room to grab a seat at the bar and also standing room. A solid range of beers with not only the flagships but also seasonals and barrel aged beers on tap. The staff working the bar were providing fast service.“

“The current location is a basic no frills tap room housing an Electric Brewery 1bbl kit. There’s a half dozen beers pouring on tap including a German Pils, Stouts and Belgian style ales. The beers are decent and I believe they’re due to open a newer, bigger facility soon. Worth keeping an eye out for their beers when in the area.“

“A nondescript building in an industrial park. When you walk in you can tell they spend their time brewing beer instead of fancy decor. This veteran owned and operated beer does have its charms and I love the atmosphere. The bartenders are very friendly and knowledgeable about the beers they are pouring. When we went there was a food truck outside and Sunday football was playing on a projector. While there is not any real place to sit down the bar is huge and wonderful. Solid wood it has its own character that I love. Lots of stools to belly up to the bar with. The beer menu is generally limited, 8-10 usually, but you can find their seasonal and experimental drafts on tap which is cool.“

“One of the smaller Total Wine locations I’ve seen. Fine enough selection, but not quite as good as most of the others I have been to. Couldn’t speak to the service, as we weren’t offered (nor did we need) any help. Still worth visiting if you are around the area, as the beer selection covers most everything that is easily available around town and more.“

“Another nice Total Wine in the Metro DC area. This one is also tucked in a shopping center and surrounded by assorted other stores. There were a couple items here new to me but overall similar a smaller selection than McLean or Springfield.“

“Like jackl said, this is among the smaller of the Total Wine locations. Long and narrow, the typical plan-o-gram doesn’t really fit here, so beer snakes all over the back of the store. Typical TW selection. Lots of beers, nothing spectacular, cheap prices. In a boring strip mall, so parking is plentiful. Staff was nice enough, probably a tad bit more helpful than in other locations.“

“Really comfy vibe here. Located in an industrial park but inside is a working brewery, long bar, benches, open garage door. The lights were low making it hard to see the beers, but the ambiance is nice. Bartender was very friendly. The sampler was a bit pricy at $7 for 4 small pours. It appeared pints were also $7. No food. Beers were solid, some showing minor flaws but nothing major, and all pretty drinkable. Nice place.“

“Located in a boring little strip mall, the ambiance is nice enough. Lots of beer stuff all over the place. A small bar, some tables, popcorn popping, a retro arcade game. This is clearly a nano-brewery as the entire brewing system is behind the bar. They were brewing a mango IPA while I was there, making the place smell great. I could have hung out here for hours if not for being in a hurry. Clearly lots of locals in here at 430 on a weekday. Six beers on tap, the sampler being a little spendy at $11. Beers were maybe a little rough here and there, but overall pretty solid, and I appreciated several offerings of session beers. The 3% stout was easily my favorite of the flight. The bartender/brewers were not the most professional, but brought good energy to the place. Prices on pints and growlers seemed pretty good. No food, but they allow carry in. Nice place, I wish them well.“

“Randomly saw this place while visiting BadWolf, and thus, it becomes my 450th place rating! Located in the same strip center with BadWolf, that makes this an easy stop. Amply supplied homebrew store seemed to have all the basic ingredients and equipment. Lots of specialty grains. Looked like a decent selection of hops and yeast.. I had just destroyed my hydrometer, so I picked one up. Prices seemed good. The gentleman working was helpful and friendly. There was a cat, or is that cate, lounging on the floor.“

“The breweries just keep opening in NoVA, and all are producing fine beverages; Heritage is no exception. This brewery is tucked away in an industrial complex with plenty of parking, and a large, open brewery. The owners are fine conversationalists, and the beers are fresh.“

“We were hungry and in between brewery visits and found this lonely pub in Manassas, and decided to give it a go. The place is fairly open with a bar to your left and a dining area to the right. We were seated promptly and made quick work scanning the menu for our beverage order, finding a few Philly area brews. The beer selection was rather small but they sufficed. We ordered some tasty entrees and were on our merry way to another stop.“

“We needed a lunch stop between BadWold and Heritage, and this place fit the bill perfectly. Real Philly cheesesteaks were the feature, but other menu items were tasty also. They had a handful of Yards beers I hadn’t had before, even after many trips to Philly. Extremely friendly and helpful service. A nice local bar and bright spot in the relative (but improving) beer desert of Manassas.“

“This brewery just opened up a week ago. Large, plenty of room to grow warehouse, with a nice bar that wraps around one of the corners and is just across from some of the brewing equipment. Beer selection was pretty good - diverse range of styles, 7 out of the 8 beers they had were being offered.“

“A pokey TW in a strip mall along a very ugly commercial road off 66. This is probably the smallest Total Wine I’ve seen, much more modest in size than the store in Chantilly. There’s a bit more than one aisle dedicated to beer, with a selection of about 250 unique beers. Most stuff looks as if it’s been sitting around for a while. There was the odd seasonal, but not much you won’t find in other places in NOVA. Overall, not really worth the detour.“

“Tucked away in a strip mall alongside various businesses is this 1 BBL nano brewery, proudly serving fresh beer. The place was quite full on a late Saturday afternoon during our visit, with some folks playing board games, and others just conversing and drinking. Good beer, friendly service.“

“These guys are really into Doctor Who. Okay, this brewery is tiny, and unlike The Doctor’s Tardis, it is not bigger on the inside, though it feels pretty spacious.

This is essentially a two-room operation. Housed in a storefront, this is a 1bbl brewery that has a bar, and two tables inside. In the rear is storage (grains) and a bathroom. So far I see a lot of promise with their beers, and look forward to seeing what they can produce. Considering the small batches they’re dealing with, I really hope that they got their process down to keep everything consistent. Will probably revisit my rating after a trip that doesn’t include the opening day crowds.“

“I was staying down the road and needed some beer for the hotel room. Located in strip center near Barnes and Noble, the ambiance is your typical wine and liquor chain store. The selection is actually decent. They carry domestic micros, including VA breweries like Legend. Could use more selection in the Belgian and European styles. Overall, worth a stop if you are in the area. They do sell singles. I picked up some Bells, Orval, and Legend.“
