“Very small place that is turning out some good stuff. This place is on the rise. I wouldn't be surprised if they buy a bigger taproom in the near future.“

“Nice little brewery. Server was more than polite and descriptive with offerings. Even turned on the cubs game for us! Met one of the owners who gave us a mini tour. Well run and solid offerings.“

“Visited for dinner on a Tuesday after a work meeting. Located near all of the new Edward Jones buildings right off of 270. Parking is in front, the Pub is located on the left hand side of the building, with a modern, concrete and metal feel. Large room, with plenty of seating at tables, on the patio or at the bar. Beer selection is 9 everyday O’Fallon beers and 10 special and seasonal O’Fallon taps. Full draft or taster tray. Growlers available. The food menu is typical brewpub fare, I enjoyed my flatbread. Service was friendly. Solid place.

70 = **½ (Locals should check it out, visitors with extended time)

I only use the total score, not the component parts.“

“Visited on a Saturday evening and found about 20 people here. It could have held about 15 more. A big brewing area will leave room for expansion of capacity. I had the sampler which is 4 of their beers and cost $9.70. Concrete floor and drywall with tin galvanized ceiling that is quite high. A big chalk board wall near the taps describes the brewing process in artwork. In a word call this space functional. It is very convenient to interstate and main roads located about a mile from I270 in west county. I was greeted immediately by the bartender who sported a huge beard. It was pretty much the only interaction we had. So to grade the staff is not really fair. Unlike Peter, I was not offered popcorn but would have enjoyed some. They have 8 of their beers on tap, 4 seasonal and 4 regulars. Some of their beers are. Sold in bottle. I added all of the seasonal that I had so hopefully they rotate often. I like all of the beers sampled but was not blown away.“

“Located on Dorsett just off of I-270. Bartender is very friendly and knowledgeable about the beers they serve. This is primarily a brewery and tasting room. At present there are 5 house beers on tap with a couple of guest taps. There is no food available on site but have a list of places that will deliver. Well located near the O’Fallon and Standard Breweries. Well worth checking out.“

“Meh...very corporate feel to this new facility of theirs. Sort of bland. Beer is very by the books as well and not in a good way. Very contemporary but again, in a not good way.“

“Stopped in here for lunch between Standard and Six Mile Bridge (might as well hit all three when in this Maryland Heights area), and came away impressed. The space is big and clean and modern, with plenty of tables inside, a patio outside, and a large, well-lit bar. They had 20 (!) house taps, all different. That was amazing to me. The beers themselves were mixed, as the brewery always has been. Prices are slightly on the high side, but not too high. The food is pretty good and fairly priced. The bartender was friendly and attentive. It seems like a really well-managed place. I was happiest with this of all the new places I visited that day. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in West County for any amount of time.“

“Stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon that happened to be the Rugby World Cup final, and this place apparently draws a rugby crowd (the owner is South African), so it was full of Kiwi fans celebrating. There aren’t many taps, and only 4 house brews when I visited. They were okay. The price for a flight was higher than elsewhere, almost $10 for the 4 before tip. No food, just popcorn. The place itself is a nondeScript office-looking building with a larger room than anticipated inside, clean and gray with high ceilings. There’s a huge space in the back, so they could expand rapidly if they do things right. It’s a worthy visit for the Standard-O’Fallon-SMB trio in the area.“

“Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, four or five others in the brewery. Owner was there, greeted us and offered free popcorn. Nice gesture. He had four of his own beers on tap plus two guest taps. We tried a flight of the Six Mile Bridge beers, all were decent. Seating for about 25 to 30 people, and the brewing area has lots of room for expansion. Located in a industrial area, easy to find. No food at this time, but plenty of places around to get something to eat. Worth a try if in the area.“

“Nice location near Westport Plaza. Has a large dining and bar area. Service was good, with the servers knowledgeable about the beers. They have nice selection of pub grub to compliment the beers. There are 14 taps which include specialty and seasonal beers. Looking forward to the next visit.“

“Stopped in the second night they were open to the public. Nice location, plenty of parking, great facility. The tasting room/dining room were plenty big. Service was great, food was great, just a great atmosphere. Selection of beers was 14 taps of their own. There will be a rotating tap of their specialty beers as time goes forward. Tours and tasting coming soon. Will definitely be visiting as often as we can.“

“Very Dark Bar/Lounge a corporate park in mid-county. Food is good, beer selection is average. Can get very smoky inside at the bar. For all intents and purposes, this is a live music bar with restaurant seating available that serves as a local hangout. Children are allowed, but really?“

“This place isn’t the best to go to if you want to sample some new beer or anything really exotic. What it’s great for is having lunch or dinner, hanging out on the patio with friends, and enjoying a couple of pints. Their beer selection isn’t huge, but they have enough choices that you should be able to find something you like. Service is usually good, and the food is awesome. Bison and Ostrich burgers, sandwiches, salads, and more - they are all good. And usually pretty inexpensive too. They have two patios at the Westport location, and have bands playing most nights. The Rock Hill location has a huge beer garden. It’s a decent place to take the kids for lunch or dinner too.“

“It is a little cramped going in, more so with multiple people inside. The service is great. They are friendly and helpful, willing to go the extra mile to try and make you happy. It has a nice selection of around a hundred craft beers with some in the refrigerator, and most of this can be put into a mix-six. For a smaller shop I was expecting a higher mark up but found them cheaper than most of the chains stores. If you’re in the area give them a stop you shouldn’t be disappointed.“

“Mostly macros on tap. Listed on their menu, but did not have: Schalfly Seasonal, New Belgium Seasonal, or Boulevard IPA. Had nothing at all from O’ Fallon’s, which is probably the best of the area craft breweries. The service was great, and the menu looked good, though all I had was their fried ravioli appetizer. pints were $4 during happy hour, which seemed a bit pricy as well. Nice for a restaurant. Not so great for a beer destination.“

“It’s small. The range is probably a hundred beers, likely less. Some bottles in the mix-six area may be old from falling to the rear of the shelves. Still, I walked away with 20 I hadn’t rated (only 1 was a Schafly). If your are from out of area, it probably is worth a stop.“

“Decent select of 4 & 6 Packs, but not much in the way of bombers or 750 ml specialty beers. Prices on some items are high but most items are priced to market. Definitely check the dates on the beer before buying. Staff is hit and miss as far as politeness and knowledge. Update: Beer selection has been scaled back to the point that you might just as well to to the local grocery store.“

“I had a really good time here. They had a decent selection of beers including New Belgium, Boulevard, Schlafly, and O’Fallon. Food was great, had two decent bands playing, and threw in some dance music between sets. Fun for all ages.“

“This place was pretty good. The food was good and the server was really friendly. They seem to have a couple Schlafly and Boulevard on tap at all times. Its cool - lots of dark wood and a vintage looking atmosphere. There is a large stage area for bands to play live music and two separate bars. It was a fun place to go.“

“The place that could be good... Decent selection, but most is out of date. I have been in there and seen seasonal from the previous year, packaging that hasn’t been used in ages and old old dates. I will only buy items that are clearly marked with their age or that don’t go bad quickly. Service doesn’t know anything about the beers. Hardly anything is marked with prices and most times you will get ticket shock when you check out. This place is only for those who know what to look for and don’t mind asking for prices before checking out - if not you’ll probably get burned.“

“I’ll admit upfront, if I was giving someone advise on a brew tour of St. Louis, this store wouldn’t even come close to making my list. An average beer store for the area. I really wasn’t impressed with anything this store has to offer and old stock is a problem, I saw more than few beers past their best before dates, especially in the mix-a-six. I did spot a few vintage ales, but I was worried about their quality. Service is hands off and lacking beer knowledge. I would not recommend going out of your way to find this place.“

“well, the greenrooster is correct-this place is a hole in the wall! They actually have a fairly impressive selection, but WATCH OUT FOR OLD STOCK!!! one 6pk of schalfly was from 2003! The mix a 6 pack wall is ok, but lots of crappy cheap mexican lagers mostly. I dind’t buy anything. however, they do have a few vintage beers......“

“Not a bad little beer store, and i mean little, but they make up for the size by stocking the beer to the roof! NIce selection of imports and micros along with a mix and match your own six pack wall. Some Belgians can be found. Service is lacking in beer knowledge along with lacking of the English language.“
