“Visited on a Sunday evening. Smaller spot right on Johnson Drive in downtown Mission. Parking is in lot out front, or on the street. Big outdoor patio, longer bar and tables and booths throughout a smallish room. TVs throughout. Beer selection always includes 10-14 craft selections, many of which are interesting seasonal or one off beers from local breweries. Food is tasty bar food. Service here is exceptional, every time I have visited the servers have been some of the best I have seen in the KC area. Worth a stop, hit the two nearby breweries and grab food here! (Locals should check it out, visitors with extended time) I only use the total score, not the component parts.“

“Visited on a Saturday evening. Located half block off of Johnson Drive, with plenty of street parking or in the lot across the street. The entrance is on the side of the building, and leads you through the large outdoor patio. The interior is a bigger room with table set up throughout and a longer bar with a bunch of space to spread out. Order at either of the bar, both beers and the BBQ from the food truck outside. Beer selected was 12 beers available as full, half and sample pours as well as some cans to go in the cooler. Great service and a really good local crowd, very laid back and happy. I will certainly be back. (Worth the visit, must for locals, and visitors with time) I only use the total score, not the component parts.“

“Afternoon visit. Location had plenty of parking in the afternoon, but wonder about evenings. Nice decor with limited seating. 12 beers on tap. Enjoyable visit.“

“Visited Thursday evening. Parking is street parking along Johnson drive. Clean, bright tasting room with bar seating and a few tables, and the small brewery in back. Beer selection is 12 house beers available as a 5 oz or full pour. All 3 beers I had were well above average. Cans and growlers available to go. There is food from the coffee shop next door or you can bring your own food in. Service was very knowledgeable and friendly, crowd had a great vibe to it with everyone enjoying themselves. (Worth the visit, must for locals, and visitors with time) I only use the total score, not the component parts.“

“Visited late morning on a Thursday. I was in the area and decided to check it out. A bit ratty looking from the inside, though once inside the store is pretty clean, and well organized. The beer selection is split between a 6-8 cooler doors of cold beer, and a few warm racks. The selection is standard for the size of store in Kansas. No single or mix a six available, really nothing that seemed harder to get. Its a bit off the beaten path of beer seekers, so may be a good option to find special releases. Worth hitting if you are in town, and in the immediate area. I did appreciate the use of the Ratebeer shelf tags.

64 = ★★ (Just ok)

I only use the total score, not the component parts.“

“I almost didn’t review this spot, only to keep this gem to myself! Came in from out of town and wanted to grab the best regional beers I could find. Mission Wine had a plethora of Boulevard selections...even grabbed a very rare Love Child No. 3! Along with a couple other Boulevard bombers, I grabbed some Tallgrass 8-Bit and a Free State Variety pack. Great service, very friendly and even willing to do special orders if it’s not in stock! While this store is a bit smaller, they will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I will come back here each time that I am in town for a visit and stock up!“

“I had time to kill before an appointment on this side of town, so checked it out based on Pete’s review. As mentioned, there is big single selection in the cooler with really good pricing - 1.67 ea or 8.99 for a six. Singles are most beers they have, though some additional beers in six packs, also cold. Service was friendly, clean open store. Would be a good place to fill out a trade, or grab some new beers to try. I’ll be back.“

“Solid store on the Kansas side. Doesn’t have quite the selection of the bigger stores, but seems to get most of the hard to find beers. Lots of cold singles that you can buy individually. The one person I talked to was nice, didn’t ask any beer related questions however.“
