“Visited here on a Saturday evening in late July '23. Located right next door to Cabin Boys, makes for an easy mini brewery crawl. Sleek, modern artistic decor. Lots of white and glass. Very spacious, large bar, plenty of tables scattered about and some tables outside as well. Have about 20 or so of their eccentric styles on tap, A few are a bit pricey as others have mentioned, but it is high quality stuff. Take home bottles and cans are available. Limited menu, I had the charcuterie board and it was pretty solid. Friendly, attentive staff. Recommended if in Tulsa“

“Visited here in late July '23 on a Saturday afternoon. Located on the outskirts of downtown. Appears that it could have been a gas station at one point. Outdoor seating, several areas inside, upstairs and downstairs bars. Kind of an art deco feel to it. Have about a dozen of their own on tap, many styles represented. A few high gravity choices. They also have a fee Slushee beers available, which appears to be a big thing in this town. Great crowd for an afternoon, attentive service.“

“Pleasant spot, down the block from American Solera and Cabin Boys. They had over 20 taps when I visited, with flights or single small pours available. Beer quality was all over the place when I visited, running the gamut from terrible to good in quality. Very friendly and helpful service. You're in Tulsa, so lower your bar; and if you do that, this is a solid place to check out.“

“Beautiful spot, located amidst a bunch of other breweries, and they’re the only one well-known abroad. The tasting room is massive and sleekly designed, with tons of seating and a modern white polish to it all. Very ambitious beer styles, from IPAs to wild sours to big barrel aged beers. 6 oz pours of anything, and staff will do tastes. But, despite being impressed with some of their beers in the past, I wasn’t too happy with any of the 8 beers I sampled: the IPAs didn’t have great hop expression, the wild stuff was muddled, and the barrel aged stuff was hot and lacking integration. Prices are high, even considering the ambition of what they offer. Good service and a great place, but it’s OK — I guess I should recalibrate my expectations.“

“Full of promise, but sadly not up to snuff at this point. I stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon shortly after they opened. It's a very nicely designed tasting room, with plenty of bar and table seating. They do flights of single 5 oz pours. Of the 7 I tried, none were great, maybe 1 was good at best, and 2 were infected (diacetyl and phenols on two of the IPAs). Priced very high even ignoring the infections at $4-5 per 5 oz pours for some of the higher ABV ones. Friendly, competent service. It's Tulsa, so I dunno what to expect. Regardless, by US standards, this place wasn't impressive in practice despite displaying signals that they're trying.“

“Visited at opening on a Friday afternoon. Nice three year old brewery near downtown Tulsa. About ten of their beers on tap and some cans to go. Excellent service and decent prices. Lot of lighter beers. Did not visit their roof top patio. Worth a visit.“

“Heirloom is in a little cinder block building tucked away among some warehouses and residences. They have really made great use of their space. It's very comfortable and has a memorable western gothic type of ambiance. The beer was leaning toward the haze craze, even some of the lagers and such were hazy. Some pretty interesting and tasty brews were available though. Service was very friendly and helpful.“

“Feel like this is due for a new review? Taproom is nice, spacious and roomy, with friendly staff fulfilling orders fast. Good tap selection and some to go variety. Visited during ASS event. Oh, is it pricey? Well, they’re not free. But they are mostly genuinely oak aged. Cheaper than Side Project by about $5-10 per bottle (in response to ppl here complaining about the price).“

“A bit out of the way from downtown, but reachable via a 20 minute walk. Just a small bar and a few bar tables at the front end of the production facility. Mostly house beers with one collab from Hansons and a couple from Rennaissance (OK, not NZ sadly). Beers are fine, I liked the black IPA. A bit pricey at ten bucks for a flight of four. No food, but there are some restaurants a block away. An OK stop.“

“Glad I made it to the original location. At first glance it looks cozy, and then you notice the second room, larger than the first with its own bar. And after that you notice there’s an upstairs. Large taplist but maybe less exciting than the other locations with the same bullshit rule that the flights are set by the house and can’t be changed. And food is lower quality pub food. Oh well.“

“Neat place. Tiny - just a serving bar, one couch, one picnic table and a couple of barrels. Accordion player and vocalist doing stuff my mom used to listen to, Patsy Cline from 1962. Ten beers or so included two cask offerings, flights of four available plus $2 four ounce tasters of anything. Tons of board games included the famous Hansonopoly. Food = nuts. Nice place to hang out, and solid beers at a good price.“

“Holy cow, the roads in Tulsa are the worst in the US, but the roads to this place are embarrassing. Worse than the road in Africa. Ignore your GPS and just go to the end of 49th West, stay to the right, and hopefully you’ll see the foeders and kegs outside. Tiny taproom, jam packed with people buying crowlers and bottles. I sat at the bar and it still took 35 minutes to get a beer, the two poor staff were so slammed. They need a better system. Beers are delicious but very expensive. $14-$16 for a 375ml bottle. Many of the beers on tap and in bottle are for in house consumption only, fortunately I found some locals to share bottles with me. But you will not be taking away the best stuff from here. Still, it’s worth the trek. Food is nuts, that’s about it. Unlimited parking.“

“Quite a lot has changed since my last visit in 2013. The place is now called Collins Midtown Liquor and if I don’t remember incorrectly it has moved couple of door south. I can be wrong. Last time I liked the place (rating 78) but now I can’t say the same. The beers are on the floor and hard to find. The single selection is really limited and all the beers were really old... “

“Nice big modern newish store. Grapes and Grains prices are higher than Parkhills on Lewis but their selection is much better and the staff is far more knowledgeable. Grapes and Grains is in the regular rotation when I visit Tulsa.“

“Attended the American Solera Society event here. Was Prairie Artisan Ales. Obviously crowded for the grand opening. Great beer and a very bright future. A bit difficult to get to due to bridge construction, but that should eventually improve. Well worth a visit.“

“Could be my favorite beer bar in Oklahoma. I have not been to the OKC location, but this one is fantastic. right in the edge of downtown Tulsa. At one time, it was surrounded by historic buildings that are all torn down. Very irish pub feel to it. great selection of OK beers which i was able to get alot of ratings from. Service is top notch and friendly. Food is excellent with very cheap priced specials. I will go here everytime i go through Tulsa thats for sure!“

“I’ve been brewing for 20 years and have been to numbers of home-brew stores. This is by far one of the best I’ve ever been to. In their expanded location they have lots of space and lots of goodies for both the brewer and winemaker. Really a great store and worth a visit. They also host the FOAM home-brew competition, which is a nice, well-run competition for the home brewer.“

“This is a great establishment in Tulsa Oklahoma, if you are in town stop by for a good beer and something to chow down on. They have over 60 beers on tap! Their prices are reasonable and they always have a micro on special. They represent their local beer community well (Coop, Prairie Artesian Ale...) and they have great service.“

“Only had one night in Tulsa...needed me some good local beers...especially Prairie Artisan...fortunately found this place on Rate Beer. As soon as I sat down I had a flight of all Prairie Artisan beers...which included my first taste ever of Prairie Bomb...amazing beer! I also got to try a nice selection of other OK and surrounding area local craftbeers. The people here were very friendly and helpful. The food was good enough...not amazing or anything...but I came for the beer...and enjoyed the atmosphere and staff as well. Good choice when in Tulsa.“

“Was directed here while passing thru Tulsa as I could not time my visit to see Prairie Artisan...was told this was the best place in town to get their wares...I was told correctly. Great people here..."very" helpful and friendly. I got my Prairie Artisan...especially Prairie Bomb! I also found an absolutely amazing IPA I previously knew nothing about...the incredible Heady Topper like Coop F5! I bought enough to drink on my road trip...then flew as much Bomb and F5 back to NJ as I could get in my check bag...lol! Great place to get your beer while in Tulsa.“

“Came here on a short trip to Tulsa. It was the morning of a road race and I expected to wait. Only had to wait about 5 minutes, despite the place being packed. Food came very quickly and was really good. I had a patty melt which was great and my wife had a breakfast burrito which was just OK. Beer selection was good, but most things were just the normal things available anywhere. Got a flight of OK beers and three were new, which was nice. Comfortable place, though a bit crowded. Overall, very much worth a stop if you are in Tulsa.“

“We enjoy going to this location. They have an awesome beer selection, which we are "taste testing" one by one. The store is clean, layed out well, and the staff is both knowledgeable and helpful. It is the ONLY store we enjoy visiting. We drive over from Sand Springs to shop here. Thanks to all the staff for making our shopping experience at this store a good one. BTW....thanks for carrying Trooper Beer!!!!“

“OK, so this place was pretty amusing. I was sitting at the bar for a while and eventually noticed a painting on the wall to my left. It was an unremarkable faux-Napoleonic period piece of a guy and a horse. I returned to my beer and playing on my phone but kept being drawn back to the painting. Why was it so recognizable? I finally realized that it was a knock-off of the same damn painting of Tony and Pie-O-My from The Sopranos that Paulie Walnuts has retouched and put on his mantle! I found it really amusing that such a random piece of pop culture was at a restaurant in Tulsa. I mentioned it to the barman and he explained that the owner’s a massive fan of the show, to the extent that the version of ’Don’t Stop Believing’ on their playlist stops at the same point as it does in the finale of The Sopranos. Awesome. RIP Pie-O-My, and fuck Ralph Ciffareto.

Anyway, as for the nitty gritty: visited here on the recommendation of the guys at Marshall. Small, narrow restaurant with a prominent L-bar. The atmosphere was pretty friendly, filled with families during Saturday lunchtime. There was a pretty solid tap selection featuring 25 beers including plenty of locals. I had a COOP F5 IPA and found it really enjoyable. I didn’t eat, but the pizza looked legitimately awesome. I’d certainly consider eating here if I’m ever in the area again. The service was fine. Prices were a bit steep for pours and flights.“

“So the main reason to visit this place for the unbelievable BBQ. You’d be doing yourself a serious disservice if you visited Tulsa and didn’t try to eat here. It’s very popular with locals, so expect to be disappointed for choice if you show up after 11:30am to eat. However, if you’re willing to get in line early, you’ll be treated to some of the best ribs and sausage around. The sides are great too. No frills, fun atmosphere. Dining’s done at communal picnic tables. The solid tap list is a nice bonus. I found choices from local breweries including Prairie, Marshall, Dead Armadillo and COOP. Prices are decent. Service is friendly.“

“This was my favorite beer stop in Tulsa. R-Bar’s a relaxed spot located in what seems like a pretty hip commercial neighborhood. Really nice ambiance. They had kitted the place out for the World Cup. The hanging Chelsea flag was certainly welcomed (go on you blues!). The bottle list wasn’t big, but the taps offered by far the most refined selection I found in Tulsa. 20ish taps, no filler. There was probably a recent Founders takeover, as things like Devil Dancer and Double Trouble were available. Bomb! on nitro, Bierica, and Birra was available from Prairie. Service was friendly, prices were decent. Overall, I’d make this my go-to place if I lived in the area. Recommended.“

“Bar/restaurant with a very large footprint. Most people drinking seemed to be pre-gaming for the AA baseball that was about to start at the stadium nearby. I scored a spot at the bar and had pretty friendly service. There’s a lot of taps, but plenty of it won’t be interesting to the visiting Ratebeerian. Stuff like Smithwicks and Guinness abounds. However, there was some cool regional stuff on tap. I settled for a draft-only impy stout from Prairie. Prices were fair, though certainly not cheap for the area. Overall, definitely one of the best places in the area.“

“Crazy laws mean that beer can’t be sold onsite, so these guys manage by giving free tours and tasters. You can buy a mini snifter for $5 (all proceeds to charity), but you’re not pressured to do so. I skipped the tour and instead had a few tasters and chatted with one of the brewers who was working the bar. Everyone was really friendly, enthusiastic and happy to answer questions. Marshall looks towards England and Germany for their inspiration, and I found the beers to be tasty, approachable without being flashy. The selection onsite is small (4 on draft, no bottles for sale), but I understand that this has to do with legal constraints. Overall, definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.“

“Cavernous place dedicated mostly to wine. The tinted windows and air conditioning offered a welcomed respite from the 100 degree heat. The beer selection’s pretty meagre on the singles front. This is the kind of place to come and buy a case of your favorite staple. As the other review notes, some stuff looked pretty dusty. I’d absolutely check dates if I was shopping here. Prices were very cheap. Prairie Bomb! was being sold for under $5.30 a bottle, which is by far the cheapest price I’ve ever seen for it. Service is nonexistent, and I felt like the staff was uncomfortable that I was taking a few minutes to look at their beer. Overall, I’d stop in here again if I was looking to buy in volume.“

“It looks like a dive liquor store from the outside, but there’s actually a good beer selection here. Beer occupies a pretty large amount of the floor space. Cases of Bomb! were available alongside Funky Gold Mosaic. While there aren’t a huge number of singles available, there’s more than most places in Tulsa. I scored a Nicaraguan tick, which is nice I guess. Staff were pretty friendly. I got asked multiple times if I needed assistance. Prices were good. Overall, this is one of the better spots I visited in Tulsa.“

“Decent sized shop with a pretty big liquor selection. Cases of beer were stacked in rows to make artificial aisles. Not much in the way of singles were available, though this seemed to be a problem that I found in most stores in Tulsa. Some of the GI sisters were rotting away alongside some more interesting locals. Not much Prairie was available. Prices were average for the area. The staff were plentiful but didn’t offer assistance. Overall, I don’t see a return trip on the cards for me.“

“Small shop with windows on two sides. Probably only 125 bottles on offer. Mostly stuff from the region plus a few things from Belgium and Germany. Not much Prairie on offer. The single girl working in the store was loudly talking to her friend about how hungover she was. Very cool story. Prices were fair. Overall, not a great bottle shop, even by Tulsa standards. Only worth a visit if you’re within the immediate vicinity.“
