“Awesome selection of Firestone beers! Full pints, 10oz, and flights availible. Standards, Propagator series beer, other Special brews. Solid menu, leaning a little on the heavier side. Outdoor seating was awesome, and the service was top notch.“

“And immediately from the airport on Saturday afternoon. Parking was tough. Beer garden was packed since beautiful out. Ate inside spacious Taproom. Standard modern brewery space. Food was pretty good. Beers are tarts although prices a bit high. Everything is order yourself with QR codes so service isn’t much a thing.“

“This was my third and final Firestone Walker location I visited in 3 days and it was as awesome a visit as the other 2. Extensive inside and outside seating, beautifully designed, and with a large taplist. Order by QR code or at the bar. 3 oz pours available of everything from $1.75-4 -- very reasonable for some of the sexier beers. Extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful service as at all Firestone Walker locations. If in Greater LA, this is a mandatory stop.“

“Visited 10-OCT-2019, with the family. Nice, fairly new and modern place. Had two flights. They have lots of different Firestone Walker Brews. Many that are only brewed at this location but also stuff from the other Firestone Walker locations. "Rare stuff". At least rare where I come from :-) Only had chicken wings too eat - two different kinds. They were fine and the food meny looked good, though traditional.“

“Visited on a Monday evening in February 2019. A large place with quite a lot of quests but not crowded during my visit. The service was fast and polite. A lot of taps although not that many really interesting beers.“

“Visited a couple of times in February 2019. I really liked this place. The selection was nice and the service was friendly and fast. The place itself was quite large with the bottle shop in a separate building. A bit more "upmarket" than your typical Brewery Taproom.“

“Got here right at last call. Staff graciously let me dither a bit and order like 4 things, hence the high service rating. Loud punk music, open space - not offensive. Excellent selection of Firestone beers, including some very good stuff I hadn't seen before (big and boozy, just like I like it) - and I live in California, so me not seeing this stuff is a testament to it being rare. Bought another bottle I've never seen to take home. All told, well worth a stop. They have food which looked good, but I ate before I got on the plane.“

“A great location for those in lax area. The Taproom is quite big, with a great bar with a demo canning line circulating above head, great beer selection, with flights and 3 ounce pours going from 1.75$-4.50$. Had the short rib hash, which was great; menu was upscale pub fare. Plenty of parking on premises. If you have a long layover or are in LA, well worth the effort.“

“Very close to the airport, so visited immediately after arrival in LAX. Tap list was fantastic, offered flights, had a nice amount of vintage bottles and bottles were available to take home. Service was fantastic, they even set me up with a place selling XXI since they didn't have any more bottles for sale. An amazing place and I will be back for sure.“

“12/19/17: Day trip into California for beach and brews. Firestone did not disappoint. Stepped first into the adjacent gift shop, nice selection and offerings, picked up a sale 805 tee-shirt for $13 w/ tax. Next the bar, modern decor. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, answered questions well, put the hockey on per my request! Had the fish and chips, which was very good, followed by four pours. Various standbys, rotating taps and classics / rarities were available. Merchandising group came in later but service held up well. Overall great outing and will definitely return if back in the area! Well done, Firestone Walker!“

“Came here on 23.4.2017 before flying back from LAX, as only located 5 miles away from the airport. Have not expected such a huge brewpub with a separate large merchandising shop (extremely professionally organized). They had 5 world class sour beers and roughly 20 other Firestone beers. Nice bar surrounding the taps, open kitchen and attentive and beer knowledgeable service. Had a Feral One and a Zin Skin, both incredible. Will definitely come back!“

“Very popular relatively new (one-year old?) Firestone Walker LA outpost with taproom, small brewery, restaurant (call The Propagator), and company store. Although the food looked great...it was late and we arrived just for the beer and to check out the place. Had a great flight of beers I usually can’t get back east...like the El Dorado Pale Ale, Propagator IPL, Fortem Unfiltered Imperial IPA, and Velvet Merlin Oatmeal Stout. They also were offering Luponic Distortion Rotating Hop Series 004 & 005. This place has a lot of character and great atmosphere...and is a must visit when in LA...although time it carefully as it gets quite crowded.“

“Really liked this place. Great selection of beers including a couple brewed on site. The canning line above the bar is really cool. Server was very knowledgeable and helpful. Tried the lettuce wraps and they were really good. Reasonably priced considering the location. Definitely worth checking out.“

“Seemed to take forever for this place to open. Turned out to be a worthwhile wait, as the selection is fairly broad, including taproom-only beers. Food is decent and, given the location, I thought the prices were very reasonable. Friendly and timely service, knowledgable staff and an interesting store just across the parking lot where you can get memorabilia and relatively rare beers.“

“A very clean, modern taproom. Great selection of FW beers. Pretty much the entire core range, along with one-offs. Friendly and attentive service. The food looked good but didn’t eat during our visit. Very decent value. This is definitely one of the best beer options in this area.“

“I think we all know the drill for Yard House by now. It is an enormous sports bar cum family casual restaurant cum mega beer bar. Almost 150 taps at the center circular bar. However, this is a case of quantity over quality. Out of 150 taps, I’d say about 10 were worth ordering including Ballast Point Sculpin, a fresh keg of Eagle Rock The Populist, and some Clown Shoes beers. The special beers ratebeerians would be interested in are NOT LISTED on the giant menu. They are on the TV monitor above scrolling through the oddities on tap known as the "Chalkboard Series." Other than that, the food was actually quite good. The burger was incredible no joke and everyone else at our table of 6 loved their food though one person was disappointed by the pasta. Service as quick and efficient. No tasting flights it looked like which is annoying.

Therefore, check the monitor for new specialty drafts off-menu and order a burger!“
