“The beer selection here is fairly pedestrian. I don’t think they offer much that you wouldn’t find at any other half decent liquor store. The one possible exception to that is a small range of Connecticut beers. Great range of wine and spirits. Friendly and helpful staff. Probably only worth a visit if you’re driving by.“

“An OK place for beers. Lots of the ’classic’ American craft beers on offer, stuff like Stone, Dogfish Head, etc. They also have some Connecticut brews, which interested me more, in addition to a smattering of imports. Friendly staff, fine prices. Worth a stop if you’re passing through Avon but not worth going out of your way to visit.“

“Eh, Old stock but its really cheap. Nothing really gets rotated here, you may find something unique, but don’t buy IPAs, dont need to go more than onc eever.“

“Great afternoon dining bar in Avon. The setting is very nice at the base of Talcott Mountain, seating area is very comfortable. Selection is fine for this area, youre not going to find anything unusual, but you will find something to enjoy. Food is very good pub grub.“

“Not a terrible selection, but not great either. wall of coolers and a strange wall stand that has beers set in it like wine bottles, but you have to walk around it to see whats there. not worth it when liquor depot is literally 1/2 mile down the road.“

“A smaller selection than i thought for a big store, and kind of haphazard. straight ahead when you walk in are coolers of mostly macros, some micro selection, then to the left when you walk in are micros on a few shelves. again, a little too haphazard for me, not a great selection, especially when liquor depot is literally two minutes away.“
