The aroma has pale malt wort, vegetable soup, fruityness and some wet cardboard hints. Wort, pale malts, bread dough and a touch of yellow apples in the flavor. Wet cardboard too. Thin on the palate, lacking carbonation. This is certainly more reminiscent of an almost unhopped pilsner wort than of a beer, being it alcohol free or not. 110516
