UPDATED: OCT 28, 2022 Robe ambrée / rousse, belle mousse crémeuse blanche aux reflets roux, qui laisse une dentelle sur le verre. Le nez à une dominante d'arômes de caramel et toffee, légères notes herbeuses. La bouche est plutôt sucrée, caramel et biscuit, touche de houblons herbeux. Corps moyen, longueur moyenne, bonne carbo. Excellente bière ambrée, assez classique.

Aromas of caramel, red fruit & malt. Tastes of toasted caramel malt, red fruit & bread. Medium to light bodied. Aftertaste is lightly bitter with caramel & red fruit.

Bottle, picked up in Paris. Reddish brown colour, white foam. Nice sweet caramel malty beer with a hint of yeast and a slightly spicy hop. Nice, quite light, not cloying.

Draft at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels ’17. Hazy amber brown with a small tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, herbs and light ripe red fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
