UPDATED: JAN 27, 2021 Bottle, el cat release, 2017 i think. Pours inky black, medium black head, decent residual. Oh the SRM! This shit coats the glass like motor oil. Aroma is chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, heavy molasses, tobacco, anise. Flavor is pretty sweet, light plus bitter. Full full full body.

Sampled at 2011 RBWG. Pours oily black with no head. The nose is molasses, coffee and chocolate. The taste is caramel, roast, bakers chocolate and coffee with a nice boozy barrel finish. Medium bodied. Very nice.

75cl, as Marshal Zhukovs Imperial Stout Barrel Aged 2010, recently retired exclusive American brew, thx alot to Johan for sharing!, very complex sweet Stout, roasted/alcoholic and slightly spicy/fruity, heavy, yet balanced, cloudy, nearly no head, very good brew

Pours a viscous, deep black color with a red tan head. Aroma has a ton of dark fruit, brandy, light chocolate, light cigar and a very hefty alcohol bite. Flavor is extremely complex. Flavor starts off with a very hefty cigar and brandy flavor. This smoothly transitions to a chocolate syrup flavor and finishes with more smooth brandy, licorice and caramel maltiness. The body on this is probably the heavies I have ever had. You can almost feel the grains of sugar in the beer. Almost zero carbonation accentuates the feeling. Overall a VERY good beer. Almost two heavy for one person to enjoy a whole bottle by themselves as you feel like you may go into sugar shock. This is the way imperial stouts should be!

Pitch black used motor oil. No head. Aroma is cigar tobacco and boozy barrels. The flavor is Deep oaky chocolate with cigar tobacco. Rich palate is super thick and a touch boozy.
