Pale golden blonde with a good sized white head. Nose is pale malts, grains, straw, bread, lemon drizzle. Taste comprises pale malts, straw, light herb, grass, cereals, faint citric zest, bready. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent logger bier.

Aroma is herbal hops with spicy notes, grass and floral notes, as well as pilsner malts with grainy bread and honey. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is crisp, herbal hops with grass, as well as malts with bread, honey and grainy minerals.

UPDATED: NOV 4, 2021 From backlog. Golden color with a medium white head. Aroma has malt, biscuits, and hay. Taste is malty with a long somewhat bitter and quite dry aftertaste. Flavors of caramel, malt, grass and a hint of citrus.

UPDATED: SEP 22, 2021 Pours clear golden with a pronounced white top, not very persistent, quite quickly diminishing. Aroma of very pleasant sweet malts, honey, fresh hops very slightly hitting the nose. Taste is very pleasant, sweet and light. Carbonation is well balnced and soft, very light body, giving way to a sweet, slightly hoppy finish. A very nice and exceprionally drinkable beer.

UPDATED: SEP 19, 2021 Golden color with easy-falling head. Light smell of honey and malt. Taste is sweet and malty, very light and transparent with passing bitter finish of hops. Body is felt too light and over-carbonated. You can find more pronounced beers in the style.
